Description

Willow View is an extremely spacious 3500 sq ft 5+ bedroom 4.5 Bath villa on the prestigious Windwood bay community just off the Interstate 4 Junction 58 if you want to look at a map. This is an ideal location to hit all the Orlando attractions.

Windwood Bay is the perfect location for your family vacation. This is one of the most spacious and well laid out communities of secluded and luxurious homes in the area. Take a walk round our community and see why this is one of the most sought after places to spend your vacation in the Orlando area. The landscaping of the communal areas is exceptional, with wide palm fringed boulevards. Lake Madison is a pleasant stroll from our home with its nature trail and jogging paths around the lake. There are several recreation areas for everyone's use, with plenty of room to run around. Also within a short walk are tennis courts, basketball courts, childrens playground and even beach volleyball.

The Villa is within 8 miles of Disney doorstep and within 5 minutes of the renowned two 18 hole golf courses of Champions Gate, and Reunion’s 36 holes (soon to be 54!). In fact there are 202 golf courses in Orlando and many of those are within 15 minutes drive of the villas

There are three Master suites with King beds and En-suites (one is huge with walk in wardrobe etc and one is on the ground floor). There are two twin rooms, and there is a Den with two Full sized comfortable futons.

There are Flat Screen Cable TV in all bedrooms DVD in Master 1 Den and UHDTV + DVD + Video in the living area. PS2 and Hi Speed WiFi throughout the property

There is a formal and informal dining areas as well as a formal quiet lounge area as well as the less formal familylounge area.

A bigger 5 bedroomed property you are unlikely to find.

All the usual things like full laundry facilities, Hairdryers, side by side fridge with ice and cold water dispenser.

Heated Pool on an extended deck with Spa and Gas Barbeque.

Competition quality Pool table and Air Hockey table in the garage.

The villa is Air-conditioned and Alarmed.

There is a safe and 2 cots cot, baby monitors, Stair Gates, 2 strollers and 2 high chairs.

Sea World and Universal Studios are 20 minutes away as is Wet and Wild. If shopping is your passion then you are also 15-30 minuets from Orlando Premium Outlets, Belts Outlets and the Florida Mall, not to mention the famous International Drive. Kennedy Space centre is 60 minutes and Busch Gardens is 50 minutes away.

Five minutes takes you to the local shopping precinct at Champions Gate which has a Chinese (free Delivery), an Italian, an liquor store, a Walgreens chemist, a publix supermarket, a 24H McDonalds and a DVD Video and Playstation game rental shop to name a few. Within 30 minutes there is The Florida Mall, Orlando Premium Outlets, Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores and Belz Factory Outlets (renamed Prime Outlets Orlando) to name a few.

Response from the owner Sorry about the smoke smell, I myself have trouble with that. Although we are a no smoking facility unfortunately this rule does get broken and we had an issue with previous guests to you. We did have all the carpets cleaned and all linin washed and all bedding sprayed down. I will get the management company to have another go at it. Must upload the new pictures I took last year! Thanks for reminding me.

Response from the owner Thank you for your feedback. The Villa has only been used by guests for 20 days since its last professional intensive clean and stain master so I am very disappointed. I have ordered yet another clean. TV's were the last of the Flat Screen CRT TV/DVD were top of the range and are being replaced as they burn out. AC is more than effective if doors, blinds and windows are kept shut. It was replaced only last year with a larger more efficient unit. The AC does shut off if any door or windows, including the patio door are left open for more than 2 minutes as the notices in the villa clearly state. Whether this was the issue I am not sure. The fridge will be replaced this year as the plastics have aged. We take pride in trying to keep the property clean as can be seen from other reviews. Thanks again.
