Description

My Little French House is available for holiday rentals and located within South West France in a village classified as "one of the most beautiful villages in France" - Monflanquin. My Little French House was constructed in the 1400's, situated at 15 Rue De L'Union which is off "Place Des Arcades" ( The Town Square).

She has recently been lovingly renovated while enhancing her original features. Offering 3 levels with light and airy rooms, wooden floorboards, fireplace (not for use), kitchen, two living areas, one with a double Sofa Bed, 2 double bedrooms , two bathrooms (one with bath) and heating in Winter (surcharge)

- Two Double Bedrooms - Third Floor

- Living Area with Double Sofa Bed - 1st Floor

House Facilities:

Kitchen: Fully equip kitchen including fridge, microwave, gas and electric oven and hot plates, peculator coffee machine, cooking pots and pans, plates, cutlery and glasses. Highchair.

Living Room: DVD player, Television and CD Player

( DVD movies and Books from private collection are available for you to use during your stay)

Laundry: Washine Machine, Clothes Dryer, Clothes airer, Iron and Ironing board.

Bathroom: Hairdryer

Towels and Bed Linen are provided.

Internet: Wifi (wireless) complimentary ( not liable for a reduction in price, if internet connection fails for some reason)

Please note you need your own laptop computer.

Parking: Street Parking; there is also 3 other free parking lots within Monflanquin Village - All are within walking distance.

Security Deposit: If Security Deposit not paid to Trip advisor, You are required to provide credit card details and ID to owner

Exit Clean: $150 AUD or $200 AUD if sofa bed required

Fabulous home. Beautifully decorated! The owner was superb! We didn’t want to leave!! Great street!!
