Stunning 2 bedroom city apartment with views from the Bay, down the Yarra River and round to the city of Melbourne. Recently stylishly refurnished, this 5 star apartment is right on the Yarra River on Melbourne's vibrant Southbank. All of the city's popular attractions are just a short walk away - the casino, sporting and concert venues, CBD shopping, botanical gardens and more. The apartment is of the highest quality and comfortably sleeps 4 although can accommodate up to 6. The layout comprises a master bedroom with queen bed and study nook. The second bedroom is a small internal room and has low-line bunk beds which are suitable for adults or children and the living area has a sofa that if necessary can convert to a bed that can also sleep two. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for your time away, there is a laundry and linen cupboard stocked with loads of fresh towels etc. The building has amazing facilities for you to enjoy the use of including a stunning 25m indoor heated swimming pool, bubble pool, sauna and steam room. There is an outdoor garden overlooking the city of Melbourne with BBQ facilities. Step out of the building and you are on Southbank which is packed with restaurants, cafes and shopping. On-site carparking is available if needed.

Response from the owner Hi Jenny, so glad to hear you enjoyed your stay there, it is a luxury apartment building with world class facilities and so nice to be right on the river in Southbank. Melbourne does have homeless people sadly like all other major cities and they do get moved on when they start to stay too long in one area - I'm sorry to hear they were in the arcade near our building during your stay. I do feel sad for them though as it is a problem that is a hard one to solve for most major cities. We do have a cracked tile in the kitchen which we have looked at but it hasn't been a simple procedure to change the one tile that is cracked so we have left it for now. All the best to you and your family for the New Year and we would love to hear from you again someday. Warm regards :)

How do damage deposits work?
