Description

Modern one-bedroom duplex apartment with a large, stylish private chill-out terrace. With wonderful views of the Seville skyline and the Giralda and Cathedral.

Enjoying a wonderful location by the famous Alfalfa square, the Cathedral and many other touristical sights, are only a 5 minute walk away.

On the lower level is the living room with french windows and silk curtains. Furnished with a dresser, chest of drawers, 2 sofas, an easy-chair, a central table, music system and flat-screen TV.

Next to the living-room, with a separate entrance is the fully equipped kitchen with appliances and utensils for self-catering.

A passage leads to the bedroom, with a large double bed of 150 x 200 cm, an ample built-in wardrobe with three sections to store your belongings, a safe, chairs and a window facing the quiet patio of the house.

There is a superior marble-lined bathroom with rain-shower, hand and bath towels for two, a hair-dryer and laundry basket.

From the living room, stairs lead to the upper level with a sunny private terrace inviting you to sunbathe or enjoy the balmy Seville nights in good weather and exceptional rooftop views, inlcuding the Giralda and Cathedral.

Terrace well furnished and decorated with potted plants, extendible canopy awning, deck-chairs and rattan lounge sofas - an ideal spot to relax and enjoy a drink or a meal.

Other features: central air-conditioning (hot/cold), free Wi-Fi internet access, music system, safe deposit box, solid cumaru wooden flooring throughout and original artwork.

This apartment is on the second floor of a contemporary residential building built in 2008 with an elevator, paved and plant-filled central patio, night-time timed lighting and a video entry-system.
