Interaction with guest

We have a property manager who greets guests, explains the use of the property and explains that he is on call for any emergency or if guests need or want information about the property, transportation which includes making arrangements for car rental or taxi transport. Each party is escorted around the property by the property manager on arrival and he answers all questions and demonstrates use of the outdoor tub and shower, the whirlpool, as well as, use of the equipment inside the house.

How do damage deposits work?
