Tobago three bedroom Villa with panoramic seaview, close to airport and town.

Prospect villa

3 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms / sleeps 8

“would stay here again!” We very much enjoyed our stay at this villa. The owner was easy to deal with, very pleasant and efficient with communication. The villa itself is in a great location, with good amenities close by. The local bar is a great place to while away a few hours and watch the world go by. The villa itself was actually far nicer and more modern than the photos indicated, and we appreciated the bbq and plunge pool. Accommodations were more than comfortable for a party of 4 adults and one small child. We would have no hesitation in booking this villa again if we were returning to Tobago with friends.

SeaScape - Beachfront Accommodation

Castara apartment

2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms / sleeps 4

“Lovely rustic getaway” Seascape is a wonderful getaway for those who want to experience life in a small village in Tobago. We had a couple of days of rain but what better place to weather Mother Nature than hanging out in Seascape. There are other tourists there to be sure, and Heavenly Bay is both a working fishing bay and a place where other tourists are. It can get noisy (I recommend ear plugs if you're a light sleeper like me), but the villa gives you the great advantage of being high above it all with the most amazing view. Rollins was excellent and a good recommendation to have him pick us up and take us back to the airport. We actually didn't end up driving at all because we hired a local guide, Roachee, for 3 days who took us snorkeling, fishing, and in the rain forest. We some issues with ants, but as long as you put everything in the fridge and freeze your leftovers, it wasn't a problem. So all in all, a great honeymoon for us. I can see that the villa wouldn't be for everyone - if you're looking for a resort with lots of glitz and polish, that wouldn't be the place. For us, we were looking for rustic, a quiet village, little tourism, some island life, and so it was perfect!

“beautiful, well maintained villa with all the comforts” We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, it had all the amenities promised and even more. We did not feel cramped like some other vacation homes. The Bedrooms were spacious although we spend most of our time by the pool on the beautiful deck overlooking the lake. Patsy, the housekeeper made sure we had everything we needed. We definitely will be back.

“Spectacular setting for a comfortable appartment with very welcoming, friendly hosts on site.” North west Tobago is a very special place if you value natural landscape, magnificent rainforest, blossoming trees, wildlife and few tourists. Beautiful remote beaches for swimming but with few amenities. The climate was comfortably warm and sunny throughout but not oppressive and the sea temperatures were delightful.. A hired car is essential for getting about. The main ridge road is narrow and twisty but worth it for the breathtaking views. We enjoyed the spacious appartment with great views from the terrace and pool in a lovely garden setting. Shopping for food can be an adventure but is part of the Tobago experience.

Coasting Villa - Beautiful, Intimate, Waterfront

Tobago house

3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms / sleeps 5

“A gorgeous escape” Our group stayed at Coasting in March and couldn't have been happier with the accommodation. We were 4 adults and a 13 month old. The house and grounds are breath taking---think tropical flowers, a view to die for, birds galore, patios with hammocks etc. Just spectacular! The house was immaculate and cleaned while we were there. The roads are a bit rough to drive and the distances are far, but this didn't stop us! We ate locally, just picking up Roti and various local ingredients at little shops during our adventures. We never ventured back to Scarborough for groceries because we just didn't want to take time away from the beach. Englishman's Bay was a beautiful beach where we enjoyed lunch and a lazy afternoon in the shade (on more than one occasion). We also looked forward to Bloods Bay beach, an easy walk from the house, where we were usually the only folks around. We took two long drives around the remote part of the island, stopping to swim along the way. If you are concerned about safety, this remote part of the island feels far away from the problems that plague the city or the more touristy areas. We were at ease and would love to return in the future. My only suggestion is to bring a frozen cooler of food if you don't want to make the trip into Scarborough to grocery shop. The little food shops around Castara are small and the pickings are slim.

OCEANVIEW APARTMENT (POOL & BEACH ACCESS) with WIFI - Casa Cassini Tobago

Scarborough apartment

1 bedroom / 1 bathroom / sleeps 2

“Fabulous. fabulous. Fabulous.” We are a 63-year-old active couple: the well-designed and appointed, comfortable, spacious apartment (up easily negotiated stairs) offers spectacular views of flora, fauna, the pool, the ocean and the sky; each of our seven days day began with morning coffee on the apartment's breezy terrace listening to the ocean and the birds before a five minute walk to the seemingly private beach for a swim in the atlantic or a stroll and then back for breakfast. Gracious, caring, welcoming owners musician Steve and sculptor wife Jan provided information and camaraderie whenever desired. Conveniently located, Casa Cassini is clearly a casa away from casa.

About Tobago

Tobago makes up half of the tropical island paradise of Trinidad and Tobago, a beautiful rainforest- covered jewel in the blue waters of the Caribbean. Every year, visitors come from all over the world to experience the breathtaking natural wonders of this tiny nation, as well as the lively culture and fun, festive atmosphere of Tobago's busy streets and markets. This is the perfect destination if you're planning a romantic escape or an exotic family vacation.

Get the most out of your stay in Tobago by booking a luxury vacation rental. In the morning, watch the sun rise from your oceanfront villa's balcony and enjoy breakfast in your gourmet kitchen. Then wander downtown to explore museums and historic sugar plantations, Tobago shopping and dining, world-class Tobago golf courses, and trekking adventures in the mountain wilderness. After a long day of fun activities, retreat to your apartment rental and host dinner for your family and friends. In Tobago, a vacation rental of your own is often less expensive than a hotel and can keep you within easy reach of your favorite attractions. A condo rental can also offer all the room you need to store your outdoor equipment and beach gear.

Here are a few additional suggested activities for your trip:

  • Hike the trails of the Tobago Forest Reserve: This protected rainforest area was established in 1763 to combat deforestation by British settlers, and is considered the oldest nature preserve in the western hemisphere.
  • Go snorkeling and scuba diving: Maracas Bay and Pigeon Point Bay offer access to teeming underwater reef systems, home to a huge variety of colorful fish, stingrays, and sea turtles.
  • Play on the beach: Englishman's Bay and Castara Bay are two of the most popular beaches in Tobago. Go swimming, experience Tobago sailing, build a sandcastle, or just soak up the Caribbean sun and relax.
  • Spend an afternoon the spa: Indulge in total head-to-toe pampering in a world-class Tobago spa.
  • Take a tour of Fort George: This preserved historic fort was once built as a British colonial outpost. Come here to learn more about the history of this island nation.
  • Take a dolphin watching tour: Join a chartered boat tour and head into the deep waters to see these playful creatures interacting in their natural habitat.

You'll never run out of fun, inspiring, and exciting things to do in Tobago. And no matter what time of year you schedule your visit, you'll have no trouble finding the perfect vacation rental that offers all the luxury amenities that you and your family need. While you're here in Tobago, schedule some time to explore the natural beauty of Trinidad as well.

Amazing!!!! I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever; from the time we arrive until we left Gillian was an amazing host. The fully furnished apartments are a home away from home with all basic necessities included. There's mango, banana, grapefruit, and other fruit trees steps away from your door. Also it's minutes away from the town center. I will definitely be staying there next year as well.see more

Best Vacation ever

So if you're looking for a place that is peaceful and has an amazing view this is what you're looking for. All the rooms have AC so you can sleep like a baby at night and the house has all amenities you will need. It's pretty close to Stone Haven Bay which I thought was an amazing beach. A lot of local foods vendors are close by so it's convenient. Overall I would definitely stay here again. Finn "the owner" was very helpful in answering any questions I had and Carlon was always a call away if needed him.see more
Tropical Treasures Apt5 - Tobago
Scenic sunsets and convenience.

This 3 story townhouse was comfortable and well represented on the website. It was a short walk to the pool or beach - short enough that there were no complaints from the children. We saw beautiful sunsets from the balconies and from the fort just on the corner. The air conditioning worked well, beds were fairly comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Owner was forthcoming with water shortage issues, but we were never without water/hot water thanks to her preparedness with water tanks. We would gladly stay her again.see more

A Great Natural Get Away Location

If you are looking for the perfect "fake" Resort get away, with satellite TV, air conditioning, strategically placed palm trees and swim up bars, then this is not the place for you. However, if you are open to staying in a quaint local house that is true to the area in design and feel, and natural vegetation, than this is a nice choice. We were welcomed by the owners Steve and Rita whom we saw regularly with a warm hello, conversation, and offers to help where needed. The staff, Lookup, Sophie and her husband Nyon were always there with a smile and helping hand as well. Nyon even drove us around the island on a few occasions and we enjoyed our conversations with him. He was insanely accommodating, even when we did not make it home from Sunday School one night, he picked us up the next morning without hesitation. The house is close enough to whatever you need, food, groceries, beach. It is on a hill, but all of the village is. Even though there is no air conditioning, each bed has a fan, and we found that sufficient. We enjoyed eating and visiting out on our deck, or with other guests staying below. It’s not a hoity-toity , fancy new resort type location or house, but it is certainly nice, quaint, and comfortable with a friendly atmosphere, that suits the village visit perfectly!see more
