Description

Two beautiful, newly build one bedroom Apartments with on-suite bathroom, living room / kitchen, attached to a private residential house situated in a quiet green area. New furniture, full kitchen, spacious bath room, cable TV, wifi, AC in bedroom, porch. Tropical garden with many fruit trees for relaxation, sun bathing and bird watching. Only a 8 minute drive to the best beaches, 2 minutes to the supermarket, fruit stores & ATM, 5 minutes to the shopping mall, cinema and bank.

The local host is very helpful in all regards - she is a certified tour guide, her husband a scuba diving instructor.

Tropical Apartments are a perfect stay for independent couples and active single travelers who are using a rental car or scooter to explore the island on their own as well as enjoying the privacy of a small guest house.

“Really good apartments”

The apartments were very comfortable, well kept and very clean. Close enough to the beaches and local shops. The one bedroom apartments are rented separately so be sure to confirm with Gillian in booking. She was very accommodating and friendly. Our stay was very much enjoyed.

Fantastic Guest apartment for a couple. Perfect scenery for nature lovers with a wonderful owner that's very helpful and supportive. Tropical Apartments really does offer the peaceful relaxation that vacationers look forward to on their trip.

Amazing!!!! I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever; from the time we arrive until we left Gillian was an amazing host. The fully furnished apartments are a home away from home with all basic necessities included. There's mango, banana, grapefruit, and other fruit trees steps away from your door. Also it's minutes away from the town center. I will definitely be staying there next year as well.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Gillian (the owner) a message.

If Gillian (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
