Villa Ammos is a 235m² (2150 sqft) modern holiday luxurious maisonette that can comfortably accommodate 10 up to 13 persons. Villa Ammos is provided with 5 bedrooms in total - 4 bedrooms with double beds and big closets, a spacious loft with a double bed and one more room with 2 single beds. Extensively, Villa Ammos provides 3 bedrooms with double beds on first floor, a loft with a double bed accessed from the first floor and a semi-basement divided to two separate rooms (with a double and a single bed in one room and two single beds in the other) accessed from the ground floor.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bathrooms, comfortable living room and dining room, loft, studio, private parking and garage, balconies with view to the main park of Agii Apostoli!
Villa Ammos is located in a small gorgeous village called Agii Apostoli, just 4Km (2,5miles) west from the center of Chania!
Agii Apostoloi is a paradise surrounded by trees, parks, sandy beaches, walking paths, restaurants, small shops, supermarkets, big playground and more. There are 4 different sandy beaches near Villa Ammos within walking distances (3-5minutes).
Within a small walking distance, you will find bus stops for the Centre of Chania or other beautiful nearby villages. The center of Chania is just 5-10minutes by car.
