Luxurious 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath two story home in gated Millennium Park community, Trincity, Trinidad and Tobago available for short term rental. This fully furnished and air conditioned home is equipped with range, refrigerator, microwave, washer, dryer, hot and cold water and private driveway and parking for two cars. Located less than 5 minutes from Piarco International Airport and in the heart of Trinidad and Tobago's upscale Trincity community; this home provides walking access to many highly desired features for the Caribbean traveler including: Trincity Mall's many restaurants, supermarket, state of the art Cineplex, and multitude of shops; Trincity Plaza (opposite the mall) outfitted with a drive through Starbucks, Pizza Hut, and Fridays; Millennium Lakes golf course and retail banking. Asa Wright Nature Center and the historic Lopinot site is 25 minutes away and the vibrancy of Port of Spain is a mere 40 minutes away.

“Safe, peaceful and quiet!”

I booked this house for my parents to stay in April 2023. They had nothing but positive things to say about it. It's a nice quiet community that they felt very safe in. They are looking forward to coming back next year. Thank you Nicholas and Natalie!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Nicholas (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
