Description

VERY Clean home in Savannah just 7 miles from downtown and 22 miles from Tybee Island. A private bedroom and a shared bath. We provide continental breakfast for free and free water. You vacation and leave all the clean up to us! You will have access to entire home except our room. We live on site with small chihuahuas, boxer and an African Gray. If you have pet allergies our home would not be a good fit for your vacation. Bathroom may be shared during your stay. We clean daily.

I live on site but we allow guest maximum privacy unless you choose to hang out with us. We think we are pretty cool people. We wont always be home during your stay but we are just a phone call away if you ever need us. We have a private boat that we take out a lot on the weekends and do offer our guests to go fishing or dolphin watching with us for additional costs.

I just ask that you have fun! I have a parrot so please do not stick your fingers in his cage. Please just be respectful of our home and allow us to make your vacation fantastic! We welcome bridal showers, baby showers, etc. Just ask!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
