Our 7 bedroom, 6.5 bath, family home is located in the gated boutique community of Acadia Estates Court.

Just 8 minutes to theme parks.

This home directly looks at the new resort of Margaretaville from the pool deck and you must watch the fireworks at Disney from the pool in the evening.

The villa has luxury facilities and equipment thoughout to attend to our guests every need. There is an internet ready PC for your convenience and complementary wifi throughout the house.

All seven bedrooms have their own flat screen smart TVs .

Five of the bedrooms have their own en suite bathroom, whilst the remaining two share a 'Jack and Jill' style walk through bathroom - perfect for families with younger children as this means they do not need to go out on to the landing to get to their parents' suite.

There is a fully equipped games room including pool table.

Our 42' x 30' screened-in deck area houses one of the largest pools in the development, and also houses a hot tub spa, cascading into the main pool. There is also a half bathroom on the pool deck, and an outdoor shower.

Speakers surround the pool area allowing you to enjoy the custom entertainment system while basking in the sun. There is a shaded dining area within the screen enclosure as well as a large gas barbecue for alfresco dining. There is a moveable child safety screen in the pool area. With Disney's parks being less than 10 minutes away (you can see the fireworks from our deck), you can even come back to the villa for an afternoon siesta then return for the evening shows. The home also has a games room in the garage ( No AC in games room )

There is a new washing machine and table dryer in the laundry room, with beach towels and bathroom tow1.5els provided for your use.
