This very special Condo/Hotel unit is a one of a kind find that we call "SUNRISE". This 4th floor Condotel unit faces the beach and includes a huge wrap around patio to enjoy the panoramic view of the Texas Gulf Coast. Many vacation rentals claim to have a ocean or beach view but few are actually what you expect in a beachfront home. Here there are no sand dunes to traverse or block your views of this incredible beach which features a mile long seawall and boardwalk. The floor to ceiling windows for the living area and the Master Bedroom will blow you away from SUNRISE to sunset. This incredible view is backed up with newly remodeled two bedroom two bath unit that is guaranteed to please. Just take the elevator down to the 1st floor and you are actually steps away from the ocean. But wait, that's not all! This luxury Condotel features a beautifully landscaped courtyard to include a huge heated swimming pool and jacuzzi. Included in the Sunrise unit is 2 king size beds and sleeper sofa to comfortably sleep six. The master bedroom features floor to ceiling windows and a wall that moves away during the day to open up the living area to all those great window views. You will enjoy modern appliances and a well equipped kitchen in our newly remodeled home.

Response from the owner Thanks for the 5 Star Review! The complex is mature and solidly built. I am on the board of directors for the complex and we have recently upgraded all new AC units, resurfaced the huge swimming pool and even added modern colored lighting. The building design is unremarkable but built strong enough to weather the storm when Hurricane Harvey did it's worst. We were reopen for business once the electricity returned to the Island. Prior to the storm we had installed all new floor to ceiling hurricane windows and doors that face the Gulf. Our unit is unique in that we did a complete studs out modern upgrade with all new appliances, fixtures, floors and ceiling. OUR NEWEST UPGRADE IS SCHEDULED TO HAPPEN SOON! OUR GUEST WILL EXPERIENCE A SMART VACATION HOME! CONTROLLING LIGHTS, MUSIC, TELEVISION, AND EVEN THE COFFEE MAKER ALL WITH JUST YOUR VOICE!
