This 85 m2 property is located in the quiet, residential area of #El Viso, one of the most exclusive and sought-after addresses in Madrid.

The apartment is ready for 8 persons, there are three bedrooms, two of them with double bed each and the other one with two single beds, one double sofa bed at living room. All of them with a high quality to allow you a good sleep.

The apartment has excellent transport links, with four different metro stops nearby. The Avenida de America is just 100 meters from the apartment and the train will bring you to the city center in just 15 minutes.

Estadio Santiago Bernabeu home of Real Madrid Club de Futbol is around the corner and the luxurious neighbourhood of Salamanca with its main streets ( Serrano and Velazquez ) just a few meters away.

It has all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay ( cafes , bars , restaurants, 24h supermarkets, (Platea, Masterchef…) and is close to The National Auditorium, Lázaro Galdiano Museum and the Business Schools (IE Business School , EAE Business School, Deusto Business School, IDE_CESEM…)

This apartment combines the advantages of living in a quiet safe and green area without giving up the comforts of living close to down town. The flat has been decorated with luxury and style and is equipped with leading brands, such as a Smart TV to enjoy your relaxing time at home.

Smoke is not allowed. Only the persons set at booking can access to the apartment. Guests must respect neighbourhood specially in all related to noises, considering that 10 pm to 9 am is a resting time.
