Description

3BR/2BA condo with two parking spots in shared garage and one additional parking spot in driveway. Easy walk to Wildwood Convention Center/Boardwalk/Beach (1.5 blocks) and Fox Park (1 block). Great breakfast spots, dining and recreation within walking distance. Have an event at the Convention Center? Stay here and have the comforts of home versus a busy hotel!!! Plenty of space - Full kitchen, living room, covered deck, and an outside common area in back. Store your things for the beach/recreation in the outside storage room; use the fully enclosed outside shower after the beach. The condo sleeps a maximum of 8 (6 in BRs and 2 on sleeper sofa). Rent directly from the owner - we are a family too and appreciate renting to families and adults over 25 only!!! Weekly rentals only during the summer season; weekend and nightly rates during the off season. If you want to rent more than one unit for a special event, we may be able to arrange for another condo in the same complex (6 units total).

Nice clean condo only 2 blocks from the boardwalk and surrounded by great restaurants. Worked out perfectly for our stay to experience the Country Music Festival!

Beautiful condo,Block and a half from the boardwalk . I wish I could stay forever! Of all the places I have stayed in wildwood, this one is the best. If you didn’t know, now you do.

How do damage deposits work?

If Robin (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
