Description

Casa Marazul is a wonderful beachfront home with a uniquely open-air design that takes full advantage of the surf views and the fresh tropical breezes. Perched 30 feet above a secluded sandy beach with numerous year-round surf breaks, guests can surf in front of the house or walk down the beach to other uncrowded surf spots. The house is located on the edge of the small, fishing village of El Transito, Leon (35 miles from Managua). Food supply stores and fresh seafood are available in the village as well as surf lessons, yoga lessons and a few cafes. A tour guide and airport transportation can also be arranged.

This gorgeous home is centered around an enormous, 50-foot diameter, open-air rancho perched right above the ocean with a private stair leading down to the sandy beach. The rancho is a wonderful place to relax with family and friends in total privacy. Unwind in a hammock with ocean views or cook and share meals prepared in the adjacent kitchen and enjoyed at the artisan-built dining area while watching the sun go down. Or if you prefer, fire up the BBQ grill and smoker to prepare your family meal. Start and end each day with the sounds of the surf. The two-story sleeping structure adjacent to the rancho has 4 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms with ceiling fans, ocean views and an abundance of ventilation. Clean and bright Jack-and-Jill bathrooms connect each pair of bedrooms. The upper-level bedrooms open onto a large balcony where you can sit down to watch the amazing sunsets, relax with your family and friends, or just hang in a hammock surrounded by the sights and sounds of the surf.

NOTE PLEASE:

-The property is a 4 bedroom house (not 5 bedroom)

-The property is equipped and set up as a fully furnished property that will include linens, pillows, towels, as well as a fully equipped kitchen.

-The daily rental rate includes 40 kwh of electricity daily. If the guest exceeds that daily amount (by using air conditioning 24 hours a day for example) the guest commits to pay $0.50 dollars per kWh for the excess usage.

-When you arrive at the house there will be a 5 Gallon bottle of purified water awaiting you.

“Great ocean view!”

The house was clean, the ranch is great to keep the visitors together. It has a small pool great for small children. The ocean view from the ranch is amazing, the beach is right in front of the house.
