Description
Hi! My name is Dimitrios,
My Father and I along with my Mother and Brother have been renting our two luxury villas out to worldwide holidaymakers for the last 15 years. The two villas are located actually next to each other which were formerly 5 medieval houses of the village of Loutra. They have great history and beautiful features. The villas are completely separate but we do have guests that rent both of them if they are large groups of people for family holidays/ wedding events or corporate company team events. We can accommodate you all.
We love welcoming guests to the town and actually use several holiday websites for reservations, TripAdvisor being one of them.
If you have any questions organizing your holidays my family and I will be happy to assist you at all times.
Villa Nefeli is a new 450 m² villa with 3 bedrooms extending on 2 floors and 4 levels with the capacity of 8 persons in total. It has a large outdoor space of 120 m² with a 33 m² swimming pool surrounded by lush vegetation. Next to the pool, guests can enjoy their meal under the refreshing shadow provided by a trellis. Inside the villa, on the ground floor, there is a main lounge withoak flooring, leather sofas, a wooden dining room and a piano.
At the same level there is a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, range and dishwasher as well as a WC. In the winter garden with the marble table, guests can enjoy their breakfast with a view to the pool.
On the ground floor there is a bedroom with oak flooring and two iron single beds with its own bathroom and toilet. This room has a balcony with a view to the green garden.
At the next level there are two bedrooms, (one two-single-bed room and one double-bed room), and two bathrooms with a toilet. All bedrooms have oak flooring and fairytale beds made of iron with wooden details, with an endless view to the olive groves, the sea and the green garden by the pool. At the highest level of the villa, guests can sunbathe enjoying the spectacular and clear view to the olive groves and the sea, whereas in the sunset, they will enjoy the barbeque grill located in the same area Two levels lower, there is a double-bed room and a bath with a spacious Jacuzzi. At the same level, there is a small gym and a ping-pong table. In a separate area, the following facilities are provided: washing machine,dryer, ironing board & iron "
