Our stay here was wonderful! We just came back a few weeks ago (Jan 7-14) from our trip and we are ready to book for the next year! We had such a great time:
Accommodations - The apartment is very clean and modern. It has nice comfortable beds and lovely décor in every room. The kitchen is stocked with all necessary utensils and appliances. Bathrooms are clean and modern. I loved the cherry wood doors and marble countertops all around. There is a large balcony that you can eat or relax out on. Beach chairs, towels etc. is also provided for you.
Beach - you can go downstairs and you are at the Bolongo Bay beach, its lovely, you have all the water sports options that you would find at a typical resort right there. If you walk past the restaurants and the hotel (5 minute walk along the beach), there is a great snorkeling spot past the rocks, very cool! We had a rental car so we also drove (about 15 min) to Smith Bay. This beach is pure heaven! It seems to be mainly visited by locals and is not crowded with perfect white sand and beautiful calm blue waters.
Pool - There are a couple of pools that you can use. We used the one by the beach; it had a tap to wash off the sand as well. The pool was nice and clean and the water was pretty warm.
Food - Like I mentioned you have everything you need to prepare your food 'at home' if you are on a budget or have specific dietary needs. There are many supermarkets that deliver or you can shop in a warehouse type place (CostUless) or a supermarket (Pueblo) or some local stands that are all around.
There are three popular restaurants directly in the Bolongo Bay area so you don't ever have to leave the area if you choose not to: • Iggys - casual burger type place• Mims - fancier place that serves sea food• Lobster Grill - very fancy
There is a lot to do on the island and its neighbors, but we have small kids so we took it easy this time and just enjoy the water. Next time we rent this apartment, we will explore the island.

We loved staying in this place. It was simply amazing.
Beds are nice and comfy. Kitchen is setup for whatever you need to do. Bathroom is lovely and modern. My wife and I and our 2 kids all had an amazing time.
The beach was perfect. The pool downstairs was also very nice and clean.
I defientely recoomend this condo as the ownres were lovely to work with -

What an excellent condo. Everything we needed was there for us. The apartment is newly renovated so its very plesent to stay in. Location is great as well because you are right near the beach, pool restaurants etc.
we stayed with another couple and there was plenty of room for everyone. We cooked food for breakfast and lunch and mostly whent to Iggies for dinner. It was rather hot cause we where there smak int he middle of summer but the aC in the condo was very good and nothing beats cooling down in the ocean. -

We stayed in July when the kids were off from school. (We are She-37, He-41, and 2 boys 12 and 16.)
Cond: We loved the condo, it was clean, newly remodelled and very well furnished with all new things. There was plenty of room for everyone. We could have brought my parents along..
Location: Tt was right by the beach. The pool was also close. there are also some restaurnats right there.
Beach: Wow.. there is a reason why they say St. Thomas has some of the best beaches! We loved going down to the beach and relaxing there! Btw, all beaches in in ST. Thomas are public.
Rental process was very easy. Lovely people to deal with.
We will definetely be coming back. -

As I walked into the condo, it was so accurately described with comfy beds, clean and comfy bathroom, plenty of space, tv and the kitchen which worked out very well. I had everything I needed to cook breakfast each morning. We stopped at the grocery store on the way and we didn't want for much during our stay. I loved waking up to the view of the beach each morning. The pool is near and accessible. Mim's is a few minute walk and right in front of the condo. The food is tasty. Be mindful of refills--they are not free. Iggies and Bolongo Bay Beach Club is so close as well. Just follow the path to the beach. The area had plenty of parking. I do suggest a car rental if you desire to roam beyond the condo and Bolongo Bay Beach, as the beach does not showcase the beautiful caribbean waters of the island well. Magan's is about 30 minutes away. Worth the visit and the $4/ppl+ car fee. Coki Beach is nice. Smaller, but closer and you can snorkel. Reasonable prices. I didn't find the Coki Beach Ocean Park worth the $19/ppl ($16 with a coupon) but it gave free parking and access to closer showers and bathrooms while at the beach. If you go, the park food station is cheaper than the beach. Whatever beach you go to, get there early for best seating, etc. Save some money by packing a lunch. Downtown is nice. Prices are okay. If you visit, visit on days that the cruise ships are in port, as all the stores downtown cater to the cruise ships. We went on a Friday and many places were closed, especially Blackbeard's which sucked because we'd walked the 99 steps and more to get there. Bolongo Bay Condo is also very close to the Red Hook Ferry which we took one day over to St. Johns. Worth the visit. $45 for a roundtrip pass with our car. Pretty simple to get around. We drove the entire island in an hour and a half. Most beaches are free. Visit the ruins. Wonderful condo. Great location. No disappointments.

I always read through lads of reviews before making my desitions so here is my contribution:
I must say we really enjoyed our stay.
I am a picky mom of two little boys and we traveled with them. This condo had everything we needed. It took us about 20 minutes to get to the complex from the airport. The owners gave us clear instructions and finding it was easy.
Condo itself: Had a master bedroom with a nice comfortable bed. The second bedroom was perfect for our boys, the two twin beds can be pulled together to make a king-size bed for a second adult couple if needed. tehre were all nesessary pots and pend and utencilas, as wellas a large clean fridge. Everything i needed to cook was there. Overall, the apartment has been completely renovated and has new furniture.
Shopping: A 15 minute drive away, we found this huge supermarket called CostYouLess on rt 38 it has a nice selection and good prices. There is also a movie theatre on the same plaza on rt38.
Beach: we are beach goers and the beach was great. The location is great because its on the carribian sea side. The beach is called Balonga Bay, there are plenty of beach chairs on the beach, they belong to the hotel and outside people are required to pay $5 per chair, but nobody asked us. (there are 2 chairs in the condo if you want to bring your own) Close by there is a beach called Smith Bay, during the week its completely empty and is awsome.
Restaurants: We ended up going to Iggies alot, its right on the beach, has all you can eat nights, its affordable and is very kid friendly, a dinner for 4 cost us $74. Inside the development that the building is in, there is Mim's, its one of the most popular restaurants on the island, the food was pretty good there as well. Also, all the fast food places that we are used to in us are nearby.
We are still excited about our trip and will defientely use this condo again. the owners are very pleasant people to deal with and we loved every minute of our trip.
