Description
Beautiful 4 bedroom apartment with 2 full bathrooms. The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building facing the Malecon, meaning you will get the amazing view of the beach from the living room/Kitchen area ! There are 2 elevators in the building. Our beautiful kitchen has granite countertops, modern appliances, coffee maker, pots and pans, utensils, and dishware. All bathrooms have marble tiling and flooring! Ocean views! Right in the center of Salinas!
Please be aware that during the busy season the area does get very congested and loud. If you are looking for a quiet stay during busy weeks this may not be the apartment for you. However, our new Air condition units DO cancel out a majority of the noise now. Parking is available within the building (Edificio Costa Azul) . Very secure and close to many sites and restaurants. We're happy to announce that we have added air-conditioning units in ALL 4 bedrooms. This will help alleviate some of the noise at night and keep the apartment cooler during those hot Salinas days. We also now have wifi connection throughout the apartment!

Response from the owner Thank you for your review! However, I did respond to your previous emails and do not appreciate you alleging that I am unresponsive. I hope to always provide a comfortable and convenient stay for our guests but as you are aware the last guest was stranded and unable to return from Montanita in time for his check out. This caused an overlap between the trips. This has NEVER happened before and we will work on making sure it doesn't happen again but we could never remove a guests' belongings. Although it is our property, I could never ask Senora Rosa to trespass on someone's privacy so we couldn't allow you to check in. Unfortunately we only have this one property thus making it difficult to accommodate guests with a comparable room when there isn’t one available. We did our best to accommodate you (with no charge to you) at a different location. I also instructed Señora Rosa to also allow you and your party a very late check out from our apartment to make up for the hours that you waited and were unable to stay there. I understand that changes in plans can be very frustrating and I'm very sorry that it affected your trip.
