Wonderful experience.
Transport was arranged to pick us from the airport. Upon arrival at the villa, was greeted with friendly staff and Fresh Mango Juice as welcome drink :)
Very big, nice and clean rooms with individual bathroom attached. Had the pool to ourselves to swim anytime of the day.
Breakfast are included but limited choice.
Their staffs are really wonderful, kind and friendly. On one of the day, when we came back late (about 10pm plus), they even waited for us outside the villa. They are always there for us, making coffee or tea when we are back, helping to order food, going out to buy beer for us in the middle of the night at 2am and coming back with a smile on their face.
Free wi-fi available within the villa. For people like my hubby who will always check his e-mail at night even on a holiday, we save a bomb on the roaming charges. And of course, made our online check in for the return flight easier.
We are only 10mins away from the aqua Club whereby we enjoy the SeaWalker experience. And a stone throw away from the beach.
Rooms are cleaned and clean towels provided daily, not only in the bathroom, but at the poolside as well.
Individual balcony on the upper level outside each room, with rattan with or sundeck chair.
Overall, it's a wonderful stay and I must say a big thank you to all the friendly staffs. You are the best ! I'll definitely come back to this Villa.

Our stay was excellent especially our host Koming who went above and beyond his duties to ensure that our stay was memorable. Always accomodating to all our needs nothing was too much trouble for him.
The only complaints which are minor would prefer to have a top sheet on the bed and not just the Doona also pillows way too uncomfortable. Also for security and have mentioned to staff prior to our departure, that mesh needs to be put in place in the bathroom where palm trees are. We recently stayed at Villa Casis for 10 days and all I can say is it wasn't long enough! This Villa is amazing and an awesome spot for a family holiday!
The staff were very friendly and accommodating and always were there to help us in whatever we needed!
I can't really fault this villa as everything about it was beautiful and always kept very clean!
I highly recommend staying at Villa Casis for a nice relaxing trip to Bali!

We stayed Villa Casis with three family include children. It was very safety and comfortable stay. Nobody were troubled in children very even if they play with loud voice in villa stay. All the staff were very kind to us. It became memories on a very happy trip to Bali.

Our travel agent booked our group of nine into this place. After 30 hours of traveling, I went to take a shower, and there was no hot water. I washed my hair in cold water. Only two people were on site to service this villa, and one determined that it was broken and not fixable. They offered us the option of showering in another room.
While they were tinkering with the shower, I asked the staff if we could have some ice. The staff woman nearby said "you can go get some down in the kitchen." We usually stay in places where the staff would go get it for us. This woman made it clear she had no interest in getting it for me. It made me wonder, what does she do other than cook breakfast?
There is no minibar in the room, so if you want a coke or beer or bottled water, you have to wander down the streets looking for a place to buy one.
Each of us spend much time trying to log on to the internet. It really did not work from this location. So three of us hiked down to a nearby hotel and sat in their lobby to write email and get messages.
For dinner we walked to the beach which is only two blocks away. At the beach, there were wonderful breezes, and it was so refreshing. It made me wonder, why didn't we just stay at one of these nice hotels at the beach?
We paid $250 for each of two nights for our room, with no minibar, no hot water and marginal service. In Ubud, Bali we have paid $50 a night for a nicer room and enthusiastic service. I am wondering if perhaps I was billed the wrong amount.
On the positive side, they did serve a nice breakfast to our group. Yet, I felt foolish for being so dumb to stay at this Villa Casis. But as they say, "A fool and his money are soon parted."
In general, you'll have more facilities, and a refreshingly cooler beach front location, if you simply stay at a beachfront hotel in Sanur.Response from Nagisa Bali Property Management - 12/24/2010
