Large Beach House (5 beds/4 baths) in very private, beautiful location with miles of deserted beaches and sand bars... Comfortable airy screened-in porch & large tiled front deck for lounging. Wonderful ocean view from every room! Great front room with leisurely couches, 24' high ceilings and 12' wide sliding glass doors opening to terrace. Cosy alternate seating area with leather couch and Lazy-Boy contemporary recliners around wood burning fireplace. Separate TV room with comfortable seating, wide screen plasma TV, satellite reception and home theatre system. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including dishwasher, side by side fridge & freezer with filtered water and ice dispenser, wall built-in convection and microwave ovens, countertop gas cooking surface, large work island with double sink and ocean view while preparing meals! Separate laundry room with washer and dryer. Large walk-in shower on the main level with four jets, handheld wand and overhead water.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Jovette (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
