Description

Directly in front of Melbourne's beautiful Botanical Gardens, with views also of the Bay and just a 10-20 min. stroll to the Art Centre, Flinders Street Station, Southbank, Melbourne Casino and the centre of Melbourne, this apartment is all about the location and the amazing views.

Additionally it is 50 metres (45 yards) from a tram stop, which can take you to St.Kilda beach in a few minutes, or take it the other direction through the city central.

The bed is a 100% latex mattress, King Size bed. The latex means it is hypoallergenic, super comfortable and movement from one person in the bed is not felt in the slightest by the other.

The balcony has an outdoor furniture setting (2 chairs and table) where you can sit and take in the sun set and views. The left side has views of the Botanical Gardens and the Shrine (a building of remembrance for our fallen soldiers), and to the right side of Melbourne Bay. Waking to Garden and Ocean views, while being by the heart of the city, is truly a unique experience and a very relaxing one!!

Includes 1 secure under-cover car park (parking in the same building at no additional cost), and use of the Gymnasium (also free, and which also has views of the Botanical Gardens, again no addtional cost).

Free unlimited wifi internet. No Smoking in the Apartment.

Modern apartment with many brand new appliances. Such as a washing machine, sandwich maker, coffee maker (capsules), cooking facilities include an oven, stove and microwave. Fully furnished and ready to go!

“A beautiful corner of Melbourne”

Melbourne has so much to offer but this has to be one of the most beautiful parts, just metres from the CBD but so much beauty and so peaceful - a wonderful escape from the city hustle and bustle.

So convenient,can walk anywhere or catch the tram.Great places to eat near by.Equipment is all very good quality.Wi fi was free and worked very well.Had parking which we needed.Great stay
