Description
This cottage is only five years old and boasts everything you will need to enjoy a relaxing getaway or an activity filled adventure. Located in Sundridge (40 min. north of Huntsville), only a two minute drive into town, we are right in the heart of snowmobile country. For fall and spring-time enthusiasts we are located right on Lake Bernard. Fishing, canoeing, cyclin g, hiking, skiing and dog-sledding are all at your doorstep.
The cottage is winterized with heated floors to keep you toasty in the winter.
There are 3 bedrooms. The main floor bedroom has a double-bed. One of the upstairs bedrooms has two queen beds and the second upstairs bedroom has one queen bed and one fold-down futon double-bed.
In the living room there are three couches (one of which folds out into a double-bed).
The dining room table can seat ten and the kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave and dish-washer.
We have 1.5 bathrooms, with a washer and dryer in the downstairs bathroom.
We are interested in renting the cottage anytime during the fall, winter and spring. We will be offering weekend rates, as well as, weekly rates . . . or monthly if you so desire. Contact us for pricing.
All rental prices are based upon 10 person occupancy. Guests may be permitted for an additional charge of $50 per person per night with owners' approval (up to a maximum of 12 people, at owners' discretion.)

“Winter getaway”
An amazing and relaxing break in a beautiful cottage that has the most breath-taking view. This clean comfy cottage has everything you need and will provide anyone wanting it - the peace and quiet we all need today. We had a wonderful stay and hope to book again!! It was the perfect winter getaway.

Hit some local lakes for fishing. Nice to come back to a comfortable cottage with a great lakeside view and nice amenities.

“Bright, cheery, warm and well appointed with everything that you need for winter fun”
