The ultimate holiday living alongside Sydney Harbour. Walk up a couple of steps from the front lawn and you enter the 2 bedroom apartment through a private door into the dining and sitting rooms, which have stunning views of Sydney Harbour including the Opera House, Harbour Bridge and the city skyline. Dine at night with the city and Harbour lights as your backdrop.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a block of seven. It occupies the whole width of the building and thus has no immediate neighbour.

There is an area of lawn in front of the building, a footpath and then you are directly on Cremorne Point Reserve. Beyond the Rese...rve is the harbour foreshore, with sensational uninterrupted views to the Opera House, CBD and the Harbour Bridge.

The accommodation, a lovely spacious two bedroom apartment, with built in robes, which sleeps four comfortably, and provides expansive open plan living, with high ceilings enhanced by sandstone feature wall in the dining room. Main bedroom has a CD player. Ultra modern equipped kitchen. Stunning marble bathroom.

A 2nd half bathroom has a washbasin and toilet. This room doubles as the laundry, with an automatic washing machine and a dryer.

There is a second large sitting room that opens off another entrance.

All linen and towels are supplied.

Just Outside

Just outside the apartment is Cremorne Point Reserve, which

has one of the best scenic walks in the world. Take the footpath and head

south-east.

After one minute you will be at the MacCallum Pool, a 22 metre pool that overlooks the harbour. This is a popular swimming location that started out as a rock pool created by the local residents to form a safe

harbour swimming hole. The pool dates back to the nineteen-twenties and has been restored in keeping with this heritage. The unique waterside timber deck is an unparalleled sunbathing spot.

Look back and admire the spectacular panoramic view of the Sydney Opera House, Harbour Bridge and the city skyline. The Royal Botanic Gardens can also be seen adjacent to and to the east of the Opera House.

Continue along the foreshore walk for another five minutes and you are at the Cremorne Point Wharf, where there is a wonderful coffee shop where you can have a coffee and light refreshments.From here ferries run every half-hour to and from the city and round the point to Mosman Bay during the day and every forty five minutes during the evening, week days. At the week-end these are currently hourly.

Another two minutes in the same direction will get you to the lighthouse on Robertson’s Point, the extreme end of Cremorne Point. The view of the harbour from here extends around three hundred degrees, a wonderful vantage point for watching the yacht races and all the life of the busy harbour.

Head along the eastern foreshore of Cremorne Point and time will be forgotten. There are too many things to look at: the shipyard; the boats at their moorings; the old houses; the gardens; the whole of Mosman Bay. You can stop at the Rowers Club- for a drink and meal- from where you will see the boats at the marina and Mosman Wharf. Additional Location Information

Cremorne Point is a peninsula of land located on the picturesque Lower North Shore of Sydney Harbour, separating Shell Cove from Mosman Bay. It is one of the city’s most prestigious and convenient locations and is renowned for its stunning views across the world’s most beautiful harbour. An eight minute scenic ferry ride has you at Circular Quay, the gateway to Sydney’s CBD.

Directly opposite are the Opera House, Fort Denison and the Royal Botanic Gardens, with views stretching from the Harbour Bridge in the west, to Vaucluse in the east.

A perfect setting to view the fireworks displays from the harbour and Sydney Harbour Bridge, as well as the Sydney to Hobart Yacht races.

Sit and watch the ferries, water taxis, sailing and speed boats sail by your front door. You will also see huge ocean liners and massive tankers making their way in and out of the harbour.

Local Transport
Ferries run between Cremorne Point and Circular Quay every
thirty minutes throughout the day and every forty-five minutes during the
evening Monday to Friday. At the week-end the ferries currently run hourly.
Circular Quay has apublic transport hub that connects up the city’s trains, ferry and bus services.
Buses run from Cremorne Wharf, via Milson Road, to Neutral
Bay Wharf, via the Military Road restaurant strip.
If you prefer to drive, the city’s system of motorways and
tunnels link in a short distance from Cremorne Point.

Activities
Take in a movie at the beautiful restored Hayden Orpheum Picture Theatre at Cremorne, which for movie buffs regularly shows both older and house movies, as well as the latest releases.
Do the wonderful scenic walk around the Sydney Harbour
Foreshore.
Picnic on Sydney Harbour foreshore as you watch the activity
on the harbour.
Enjoy a swim in the 22 metre swimming pool- a one minute
walk from the apartment.
Take a scenic ferry ride to Circular Quay.
Dine in the apartment with the harbour and CBD lights as
your background.

  Jenny's apartment is spectacular. The view over Sydney Harbor to the Opera House and Harbor Bridge are wonderful. The nature preserve where it is located makes for a very peaceful visit.

  Our holiday in Jenny's apartment would have to be one of the best we've ever had: the spectacular location, the stunning views, the proximity to Sydney via a delightful ferry ride and the peaceful walks around harbourside suburbs with sparkling blue waters and a vibrant bird life in amongst beautiful trees and rugged rocks. What can we say?
  
  The apartment is extremely comfortable, well appointed and has all the conveniences you need. We arrived at night and the welcoming bottle of wine that Jenny had left for us made for a delightful start to our holiday. We sat in the loungeroom, sipping wine and staring at the breathtaking view, which by night is quite magical as the Opera House lights up.
  
  We'll certainly be in touch with Jenny to book another holiday soon.

  We have just had a perfect holiday based at this apartment. We were very pleasantly surprised at how quick and easy it was to get here from Circular Quay. On arrival we were welcomed into a spacious beautiful apartment with stunning views of Sydney, the Opera House and the interesting bustling harbour. We were just ten minutes away from Circular Quay and the CBD but it is very tranquil.   This apartment is the perfect place to stay whilst in Sydney. I have recently stayed at this apartment where the breathtaking views are quintessential Sydney; the beauty is mesmerizing from morning until night - so much so that it is hard to drag yourself away. The apartment is spacious, incredibly comfortable, well equipped, with many extra little luxuries and was a delight to come home to.
  
  Walk out the door and you have gorgeous harbour walks and a cafe at the wharf and, best of all, a ferry across the Harbour to Circular Key, just a short stroll down a path. Jenny, the owner was friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. A magical place, a great holiday, and will definitely be back.
