Description

Peace and tranquility in the heart of Tuscany in the Chianti region, between Florence and Siena, very close to Badia a Passignano and the medieval villages of San Donato, Panzano and Greve.

The apartment, recently renovated, is part of an old farmhouse located on a hill from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view. It was restored by recovering the characteristics of the traditional rural Tuscany and using ecological and of excellent quality materials.

At the ground floor the living room with fireplace, a double sofa bed and a small service with wc and washbasin, a fully equipped kitchen with a large table. At the upper floor a double room with private bathroom with wc, washbasin and shower, another double room in which there is also a “french size” sofa bed, and a large bathroom with wc, bidet, washbasin and shower.

Private garden where you can stay or eat in the open air. Large common pool.

How do damage deposits work?
