Welcome to "Florida's Friendliest Home Town". If you've never been to The Villages before, you're in for a real treat. If you are a returning guest, welcome back! The Villages is best known for it's on-site free golf, nightly entertainment and dancing in our two Town Squares seven nights a week/365 days a year. Everything you can think of, or need, is accessible by golf cart including over 85 restaurants. This home is located on Glenview Golf Course (9th hole) and one block from Glenview Country Club for food, drinks, music, golf and driving range. Nancy Lopez and Arnold Palmer Championship Courses are within minutes and have wonderful clubhouses and restaurants. The Savannah Recreation Center and live theater is located around the corner from Glenview Rd. Location is fantastic for both privacy at home and then enjoy close proximity to all activities to make new friends! You're just 55 minutes from the Gulf of Mexico, 90 miles from Daytona Beach, and 45 miles from Orlando - a perfect location for day trips anywhere in FL.

The house we rented was perfect! The house was in excellent condition and had a great location. The house was right on the golf course and although it was only a quick trip to the down town area, it was still far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle of travelers and to maintain privacy. All furniture and amenities within the home were in great shape and never caused any problems for us. The neighbors were very friendly as well!
