Villa Nirvana is located at one of the best vantage points in a gated development at Sanctuary Villas where you will truly enjoy the spectacular view of the famous Buccoo Reef and the Caribbean Sea. Four beaches are within five minutes drive from our villa, these include Stonehaven, Back Bay, Mt Irvine and Grange. Mini market, ATM, restaurants and fast food outlets are nearby.
Our Villa is a very private duplex home, with a large front lawn overlooking the sea and the Grafton Bird Sanctuary at the back. We offer three air conditioned bedrooms each with private shower rooms. The well-equipped kitchen and open plan living/dining area lead onto a covered terrace where breathtaking sunsets and semi outdoor dining can be enjoyed. .
Ground Level includes: Living and dining room with fully equipped kitchen. A private plunge pool (8 ft x 10 ft) between two covered teraces: Guest toilet and automatic washer & dryer: Large bedroom (13 ft x 15.6 ft) with two double beds, adjoining bathroom and veranda. Remote control A/c unit and ceiling fan. Villa has free WiFi, a gas BBQ pit, direct dialling telephone, hi-fi CD player and cable television. Blink Vigilance Security System.
Upper Level includes: Master bedroom (24 ft x 11 ft) with king-sized bed: Adjoining bathroom, remote control A/c unit, ceiling fan and private safe: Third bedroom (13 ft x 15.6 ft) with queen –sized bed. Adjoining bathroom, remote control A/C unit and ceiling fan. All bedrooms have a clear view of the sea.
Coolers, beach chairs, linen and towels are provided. Housekeeping service as required.
