Whether on a business trip or private get-away, Breezeway Studio Manor is the perfect place to relax as your home away from home. With several relaxing areas, family-style dining, and screened decks, all on over an acre of natural preserved land. You will have plenty of space to relax and enjoy the Savannah Breeze. And, after you’ve rested up, we are only a short 12-minute drive from Tybee Island beaches or Savannah Historic District.
A full breakfast is served each morning (RSVP the day prior for breakfast), specializing in Southern Cuisine for short-term guests. Some rooms are only available seasonally.
A Chatham Area Transit (CAT) bus system stops in front of the property across the street. The property is 7 minutes from Tybee Island and 10 minutes from Savannah historical District.
The property is on a corner lot, private, surrounded by a wrought iron fence, and a brick wall with three Iron gate entries. There is ample parking inside the property.

“Absolutely Gorgeous Place to Stay!”
The place was beautiful! Cozy room with queen size bed. Paintings through out the house done by the owner who is quiet talented. The garden paradise outside was so peaceful. We will be going back!
