Welcome to East Hill Bungalow #3. This 4 room suite sits adjacent to a 1906 renovated arts and crafts home. This is a renovated space and is PET FRIENDLY. Bungalow #3 has a private entrance, a queen size bed, small table with chairs, kitchenette, private bathroom with shower, small closet, chests for storage, and a small patio with seating/umbrella and a gas grill/utensils. ***There is a separate living room /sitting area that has a pull-out bed for 2 *** The kitchenette has a microwave, toaster oven (no stove), large refrigerator, coffee maker, blender. Premium linens are provided. Lighted off street parking for 2 vehicles. A beautiful treed historic neighborhood close to downtown.15 mins to the beach, 10 mins to airport, 10 blocks to dog park/dog beach

“Great Place To Stay!”
East Hill Bungalow #3 was a lovely place! Very homey. It was really clean. It was the perfect get-a-way for 10 days. After a day out sight seeing Pensacola and going to the beach, it was nice to come home to the bungalow and relax. I will be back next year and each year I come back to Pensacola, this is the only place I will stay! Jack & Donna were very gracious hosts and answered any questions I had. Thanks Jack & Donna!

“Unfortunately”
Unfortunately when we were coming for our stay, Hurricane Sally hit. I am giving them a Five ⭐️ rating because the owners were very nice and kept us informed.
