“Go Jersey Cape Realty” I have been renting at CM Point for over 25 years, many houses and several realtors. Jersey Cape was efficient, generous with the brochures and water on check-in day. I have never gotten a reusable bag before! My security deposit was refunded in a most timely manner without my harassing them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone renting at the shore.

“We always love going!!!” Every summer for the past 10 years we have rented the Gladis house on Whildin avenue. We always look forward going to what we call our Cape May Beach House!! It is an extremely functional house for families. It has an outdoor shower, a front porch and even enough of a backyard to toss a ball around and it is a block away from the beach. We have always been very comfortable staying there and Jersey Cape May has always made our stay easy!

Gladis the Point. 3470
Location, Location!!!

This was our first time staying at the Gladis home. Found it to be clean and nicely appointed ... although not having a dishwasher kinda made a little challenging after big meals, but we knew that going in. It's quite spacious - loved the long dinning table in the kitchen ... made it easy to serve the bunch. Big plus ... being about 2 blocks from the beach, so heading back to the house for a quick something was quite convenient. Great little neighborhood!!! It was a very hot week - the central air did a great job keeping things comfy. Word of caution to those renting the first floor - if the folks upstairs are heavy footed and/or have kids it can get kind of annoying ... not a deal breaker, but something to keep in mind.
