“Amazing stay” Place was clean , looks much better than the photos and had tons of items u would need to buy at the store for other rentals already in the condo for you. Master bed very comfortable. Back patio nice to sit out in. Within walking distance to beach. Pools and parks across from condo. Owner is helpful and answers quickly . Has wifi and cable tv. Close to great food places and fun. Wonderful experience and priced very well for what you get. Would definitely book again in the future. Thanks Bob for a great stay.

“Amazing.” This was our second stay in this condo. We were only steps from the beach and indoor/outdoor pools. The hot tub was a great addition after a day on the beach. The condo itself was family friendly and had all things that we needed. I plan on trying to get the same place next year.

“Fantastic stay!” We had a wonderful time at this condo! Plenty of room, very clean, and so close to the beach. My kids loved the pools and everyone met was so friendly. It’s on a great, calm part of the beach but still close enough to all the restaurants and shopping. The owner is also very easy to contact and checked in with us to make sure everything went ok. We saved this place to visit again in the future!

“WOW! Spectacular Condo with a WOW View!” This condo has everything we wanted, the balcony provided an awesome view and the most beautiful rainbows that I felt like I could reach out and touch! The location is convenient to many restaurants, Pier Park, shops. We so enjoyed the beach, pool, gym and restaurant at Tidewater. If you are looking for a spacious condo this one is for you! The King size bed is so comfortable even the pillows! Ice maker in the kitchen works great. We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Thank you Max. Hope to do this again!

“Fabulous week” The accommodations were great. The view spectacular! The staff were so pleasant and very sweet to help with any questions we had. The gym was equipped nicely. The location was perfect and close to many nice restaurants and shopping areas. The pools were both a little too cold for me, but beautiful. Hate to share too nice a review, because we want to go back!!

“Great vacation with beautiful views!” We arrived to PCB late in the evening. There was no need to check in, the keyless entry is very convenient. The condo is very well maintained and tastefully decorated. My family and I really enjoyed the spacious beaches, lack of crowds, pools and scenery. Much of the evenings spent on a huge ocean front wrap around balcony with great views. The owners are very friendly and easy to get in touch with. My family loved this place so much that we have already booked another week with Ilia in June. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

“Fantastic” Our stay was fantastic. The condo was beautiful, classy, accommodating, family-friendly, and in the perfect location. The condo is steps away from the beach, has a gorgeous outdoor pool and hot tub (simply stunning), outdoor drink and food hut, and an indoor pool and hot tub facility for those rainy days. The condo location is directly on the main strip in panama city beach, which allowed easy access to great food and entertainment. Everything you would ever want to see and do is just minutes away. The condo owner was phenomenal! They ensured we were prepared for our trip, was prompt and informative with important information, and was available and prompt in answering any questions we had. I would high recommend this vacation rental, and will definitely visit again!

“Really Sleeps 8!” Don't know how the prices are normally but going in May we felt we got a great price for beachfront that sleeps 8. With a master bedroom, two in-wall bunk beds and 2 full size sleeper sofas in the living room we had a place for everyone to sleep! The bunk beds of course are nice for kids, however the top bunk did not have any kind of railing or side and I was concerned about one of our kids rolling off. We actually did have an incident where our son was coming down trying to get to the ladder and fell. There is an extra mattress type thing under the bed on the floor so I would probably pull that out some just in case. Two full bathrooms (one in master bedroom and one in hallway) with detachable shower heads, which I always like to use especially with kids Loved that it was all tile floors and no carpet for hygiene reasons! For a family with 5 kids it was handy having a washer and dryer in the room to use. Also has a full kitchen, which we used, but it is tight. Stovetop and oven, fridge, sink, dishwasher and stocked and ready with dishes, pots and pans. Balcony had a few sand toys and pool items ready for the kids to use which I thought was cute. I believe there is Wifi- found the password the last night we were there in the guests' comment book which we would have used had we known it was available. It was in a great location for us, right across the street from the Wal-Mart where we end up always needing to make runs to at least every other day. Also super close to Pineapples Willy's and WonderWorks and we visited both. Beach was beautiful, condo looked clean and nice, good deal, great location and Jim had good communication with us which was nice. Do take your own hand soap, bath soap, shampoos and conditioners, laundry detergent, dish soap and detergent for the dishwasher, toilet paper and paper towels. We had taken half of that ourselves but didn't know to take toilet paper and bars of soap and wished I had known because I keep that on auto ship and had tons at home that I could have brought. Oh, pretty huge pool compared to some that I've seen with an outside hot tub and indoor hot tub that was the biggest I've seen! I also liked having a code to access the condo instead of a key or card that wasn't 25 numbers long. Overall, I was observing the condo and how things went the whole time to see if it was a place we would want to rebook and come back to and it is! This could easily be where we stay for our annual family vacation! The only other thing was there wasn't really great parking, that I could see, for high top vans or vehicles with overhead storage. And we were asked for proof of our bracelets at the pool so probably at least keep them on you.

“Stunning view” Right when you open the front doors you are greeted with the most amazing view. The space was perfect especially for only 8 adults. We cooked almost everyday. The kitchen and tables had more than enough room. It was a very quiet area compared to the rest of the town. Far enough from everything but also close enough for a quick drive. The pool was a littler smaller than we thought but we barely got in the pool because the beach is literally your backyard. It was almost like having your own private beach. The only thing that happened to us was a thief came on the back porch and stole clothing. Totally out of anyways control because you're so close to the beach anyone could jump the fencing. We learned our lesson and stored everything of value inside the remainder of the trip. Overall it was an amazing house and a perfect setting.

“Beautiful condo with amazing balcony view” First of all, thank you Joe and Pat Gremillion for sharing your beautiful condo with us and for being so accommodating in making our arrangements. This condo was absolutely beautifully decorated. The balcony was amazing. Not only was it spacious, it was also nicely furnished. The view from the 17th floor was awesome. Parking was a breeze, we were lucky enough to park on the 2nd floor during our entire stay. Access to the beach was just a step away, very convenient. We are planning to return again next year.

“just a perfect place for a family vacation” This place was perfect! we had 3 children under the age of 6 and 8 adults, and we never thought we were on top of each other. The house, pool deck, BBQ, and appliances were all in good working order. Any questions we were only a call away and they answered the phone every time. Having the pool for the little ones was perfect, Just a reminder that if the little ones get up before the adults there is a large wooden stick to put in the sliding door track, so even if they can unlock the door they cannot get out, a good addition for safety. The overhang on the deck was large so anyone could get out of the sun if desired and still be close to the kids in the pool for anything that would come up. Also perfect place to have lunch as there is a large table there also. If you are planning to cook for this large of a group it might be a good idea to bring a few extra pans or baking pans so it can be all done at once. But not saying there was nothing there to use but just not like at home as there is not a lot of extras but adequately supplied. if there were any complaints that we had there was some sand in the hot tub but we learned there were a lot of mid 20 year old people there the week before our arrival. So we understood. We did not call them on this but I am sure if we did they would have been there in a heart beat to remedy it. Also they are currently building two homes next door that are in the framing stage, so a little extra noise. But they were very mindful, and did not really start till around 9:30 am and quit by 4. Also they were only working 3 of the 7 days we stayed. But were very nice people and we very mindful to tell us when there might be a loud noise they were going to make in a few minutes as not to scare the kids. I just mentioned this for information, and I would rent here again even if the building next door was still in progress. Go ahead and rent and i hope you have even close to as great of time as we did!
