Description
In search of Pelion family villas that will offer families amenities, comforts and conveniences found in their own homes, Villa Dioni goes above and beyond. This exceptional family villa in Pelion is laid out over two levels and has direct access to the garden and the shallow cooling pool that is ideal for young children. On the ground floor, there is a large open living space that incorporates an open plan kitchen with direct access to the shaded outdoor space and a small WC. The upper floor has two bedrooms, one of which is the master room with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds, and an en-suite WC with a shower. On the east side, there is a private backyard ideal for relaxing, reading a book or taking a nap under the cool shade of the pergolas. Soaking the breathtaking views of the Pagasitikos and the mountains across the bay Villa Dioni sits on a 350m² of land and it is totally independent and detached, with a vegetable and a herb garden.
