These brand new luxurious, spacious, self-catering apartments are admittedly the very best in the area. They have been built and complied with all the latest safety building regulations. Situated right on the most prominent, beachfront location at the magnificent, picturesque, sandy beach of St.Gordios distinguished for its impeccable reputation.
Each apartment comprises exceptional accommodation for 3 people, has walnut furniture, expensive curtains, separate luxurious bathroom, kitchen with two cooking hot plates and oven, range hood, refrigerator, tea and coffee maker, toaster, microwave, crockery, kettle, glassware and cooking utensils, ample cupboards, smoke detector, safety deposit box, hairdryer, iron, armchair, fully covered wide balconies or large terrace with immaculate views of the sandy beach and the evergreen mountains. They are all fully air-conditioned, have satellite TV, free Wi-Fi and are very quiet. Bed linen and towels are frequently provided.

Response from the owner Dear Jessica Willow2, I am proud of having the very best, newest, excellently equipped apartments in the whole area. I have gained many compliments from other various similar to Trip Advisor sites that a fellow who plays the usual game of making complaints against a landlord or a hotel in order to extract money is old and worthless to me. Particularly for an English fellow i.e. Ian Forshaw who is a disgrace to polite english people! I invite you to check out my apartments and show you around. Liars who are "professionals" in trying to degrade a hotel or an owner/ manager of first class (4 stars) apartments should be punished and placed in a black list. These people degrade Trip Advisor reputation by believing them. I have already replied in full detail what happened. please read carefully my statement of 5 pages. Please check your records. I am a highly standing officer employed by E. Union in a very significant position and noone can offend me with a pack of lies by a person like that fellow. Response from the owner To the attention of the General Director and /or Senior Administration Officers and all officers concerned as well as Officer Mr. Prashant Kharat (Trip Advisor Rentals Support) Ref: booking BR 26267150 Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, Please read carefully this letter and forward it to the above mentioned executive and administrative officers since I do not know their direct personal email Regarding the case of my nasty last client in my renting apartments Mr. Ian Forshaw I want to report his inadmissible attitude and problematic behavior. He did not handle the keys of my apartment to me. He threw them out of the premises and I was lucky to be found by another vacationer who handed them to me five hours later!! When I inspected the apartment I found a terrible mess, unjustified filthy dirty regardless the fact it was cleaned less than just 24 hours ago and spread all his garbage in the main entrance of the apartments instead of the place we dispose them. I also found a provoking misuse of all my electric devices namely hot water service, cooker, kettles and Page 2 others. Needless to tell you how disgusting it was obviously done on malicious purpose! I am proud of keeping my apartments spotless and all my vacationers respect my written rules. I am terribly upset because I receive many vacationers but it has been shocking what I faced with this abnormal fellow! He is a disgrace of English people who are very polite and friendly. Due to my knowledge in Psychology and watching his “strange” attitude I noticed right from the beginning his problematic behavior. I wish you to put him in your black list for he will cause serious problems to other landlords. Below note a summary of the unfortunate situation I faced. page 3 This is a short history addressed to those officers who do not know what happened: Mr. Ian Forshaw requested an apartment with a balcony overlooking the beachfront. At the time he initially requested it was available. Then he kept asking various questions for some time and failed to book it soon. This resulted in being booked by other vacationer. August is a very busy vacation period and all apartments are usually taken very quickly. We are talking about new, well equipped, modern apartments built on the most elevated site of the beachfront. According to various authorities are the best on the beachfront. When Mr. Forshaw decided to book it was late. Then I suggested him another one which has not got a balcony but has other attractive features. He accepted it. When he arrived he started creating problems with various matters. One day the external electricity pole had a faulty cable resulting in being left the building without power for one night. It was fixed after my persistent requests to the technical Manager and everything came back to normal. page 4 The technicians explained to me that due to the fact the building is practically on the beach the cables are very sensitive in salty atmosphere. This happens in all similar areas on the island everywhere. Mr. Forshaw made a big deal out of it. I kindly offered him to refund the amount of one hundred and fifty Euros originally to deposit to his bank account but he was very nasty and demanded it cash!!!!! Having no other alternative and in order to resolve this matter immediately I was forced to handed to him cash (in three notes of fifty Euros)yet he managed to cause a real chaos . He created a terrible situation in front of my family and at the presence of my two young children. I believe he was drunk too! In order to resolve in peace this unprecedented situation I gave him the money and seemed to be satisfied. I must confess there is something wrong with this fellow who behaves like an uncivilized man. He has also been very rude to his partner and my employees. He left unusually very early and did what I described above. Please take very seriously this statement because I am sure he will do the same to other future landlords. page 5 By the way it should be mentioned that he and his partner used free of charge my sun beds , enjoyed a generous discount in my restaurant and had a rich welcome fridge full of a lot of goodies e.g. beer, milk, bread, Greek cheese feta, eggs, juice, fruit etc FREE of CHARGE!
