The ideal getaway for relaxing with family and friends this traditional stone built renovated old oil mill is a paradise on earth all over the year.
Located in Mount Pelion, the homeland of Centaurs according to the Greek mythology, it flawlessly combines the mountains green with the sea's blue, with rich variety of natural beauty.
Its unique position at the end of the village provides a breathtaking sea and mountain view and privacy in a beautiful property of 7000m². The charming and spacious house, boasts 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and generous indoor and outdoor living and dining areas. Taste apples, cherries, peaches or walnuts, according to the season, from the 6000m² garden, witch has its own water spring, and fresh vegetables form the kitchen garden. The villa's 180m² are traditionally furnished and accommodate up to 10 persons.
Agios Lavrentios is a village with preserved architectural style, a rich network of cobbled streets, with absence of cars in a natural location in a dense forest of beech, olive and chestnut trees, 12 kilometres for the beautiful beach of Kato Lehonia, 20 km from Volos and 55 kilometres form Volos airport. It's ideal for activities within nature such as walking, horse riding, hiking, mountain biking, skiing, swimming, water sports, photography and also alternative tourism. Every summer it hosts the music village and various festivities. Enjoy a day trip to the cosmopolitan islands of Skiathos and Skopelos (1.5 hour ferry ride from Volos)

Approach the estate either by car (SUV required) from a 2km treacherous dirt road that reaches directly the door of the house ether on foot through a 200m highly declined cobbled street from the centre of the village.
