Description

Oliva Holiday Homes are situated on the northeast coast of Aigion in the picturesque beach of Digeliotika. Covers 8 housing units in several ones and two-story buildings.

The shingle/pebble beach sits 150m in front of the complex with translucent water and, with only a handful of accommodation in this bay, the beach never gets crowded, even in August! Local taverns with traditional Greek cuisine can be reached on foot from Oliva Complex as can mini-markets. The beach is also well known to the kite-surfers . Athens Airport is only 1,5 hour from here.

The Colorful maisonette A2 that I'm offering is elegant and unique. Is the perfect place for families or well-matched friends who want to enjoy nature in a quiet environment.

For your convenience the cost of cleaning and garden maintenance are included in the price. Likewise Towels, blankets, sheets and kitchen.

Keep in mind that this is private property in a complex of 8 appartments that share a swimming pool and a rose garden. My family and I (couple with two kids), use the apartment as our vacation house and we take a good care of it. We also love travelling and meeting new people so we love to share our apartment with people who will respect it and enjoy it as much as we do!

“Very nice little appartment”

Very nice litte appartment. Ideal for a family of two adults and two children. Pebbly beach in short walking distance. The pool is perfect for the kids. A car is needed.

“Excellent base for a small family”

Effie was a lovely host, and took great care of us before and during our stay in this lovely 2 bed apartment near the sea. Wi-Fi and aircon were spot on. The outdoor spaces were lovely for sunbathing and reading, which we enjoyed doing every day. Overall, a great base for a short stay, and we enjoyed it very much.
