Description
This lovely house has a 1000 sq.m. of beautiful green garden with a big, deep (1,9 meters) swimming pool in it , jacuzzi,sauna,a BBQ place in the yard. The swimming pool is heated. The water in the Jacuzzi is up to 37 degree.There is a great playground for children with a slide, two swings (one for babies 6m-3 years, one for older children); large trampoline
From every room and place in the house and the yard there is an amazing view of the sea. The main house has enormous kitchen with designer furniture in Italian style - all utilities provided ; large living room with fireplace;3 king-size bedrooms; 3 bathrooms and toilets one of which with big bath hot tub ; there are a washing machine, dishwasher, home cinema, stereo, air-conditioning , free Wi-Fi connection.
In the property there is one more separate small guest house with one bedroom and one bathroom. The property is for 8 +3people.
The house is located in а villa zone 3.5km away from Albena resort ; 5 km away from Baltchik town and 29 km away from the second biggest city in Bulgaria- Varna and 25 km away from Varna airport and 10 km away from one of the biggest golf playgrounds in Europe. There is an extremely beautiful sand beach 4km away from the house ( with the addition of extremely beautiful summer resorts in pretty close radius). In this villa zone there a lot on English people who own villas and live there throughout the whole year .
In the villa zone there are restaurants, bars and local shops you can use as your convenience. You can use a second option and travel to Balchik (4km away) where you can find big supermarkets with big variety of foods and drinks. In the summer resort of Albena you can take advantage of multiple spa procedures and sports for affordable prices- there are tennis, football, volleyball, basketball and etc. courts ; swimming pools- both covered and open ; children centers where you can leave your children with multiple foreign languages spoken; you can even sign up for any excursions throughout Bulgaria and to Turkey and Greece; you can sign up for Djeep Safari , delta-planes, water jets , boat cruises and etc. In Albena you can enjoy very good nightlife with tons of restaurants, bars , clubs , varietes and casinos (not to mention the nightlife in Varna !! being the "summer capital" of the country has its serious benefits)
You will need a car!
You can rent a rent-a-car from Varna ,Balchik or Albena or straight from the airport. Rent a car in Bulgaria is not expensive.

Great kitchen and pool. All the rooms are amazing. Had an amazing stay. Pool was really clean and has an amazing view of the ocean and balchik and albena. Would recommend to anyone.
