Description
Gabellota is a rural district of Alberobello, close to the town center.
Our countryside house is there, at number 8.
The premises, recently restored, is made of stone with roofs partially trullo and partially in wood. It consists of a large living area, two communicating bedrooms and there is no door between them (it is necessary to pass throuth the first one to get into the other one) a bathroom. Outside, two sheds in stone and in wood, a large paved square, a parking area and a lawn. All around a small olive grove.
The premises has a net internal area of about 80.00 m2, on two levels connected by three steps. It consists of a large living area of about 44.00 m2, a bathroom and two bedrooms. The living area has a wooden roof truss, while the sleeping area has a trullo roof.
There is a fully equipped kitchen, a fireplace and a convector heating. The appliances are: a kitchen five gas burners + 2 ovens, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, LCD TV with Satellite connection, Wi-Fi.
Outside there are two stone sheds with a wooden roof of about 30 m2 in total, two paved squares of about 160.00 m2 in total, a parking area of about 100 m2, all around about 4.000 m2 of land with olive and fruit trees and also a lawn.
Each bedroom has a double bed (180x180 cm and 200x140 cm) and you can separate one of them in two single beds.
