Description
The House is composed of several trulli and cummerse (houses with stone-roof pitches many pendants), very ancient and thoroughly refurbished is surrounded by an area of 7000 square metres with olive and almond trees.
In the House there is a spacious kitchen, a lounge with fireplace, a double bedroom, a bathroom, a laundry room and a large bedroom.
The trullo is equipped with floor heating system and air conditioning for the summer, the Windows are equipped with mosquito nets and doors outwards have anti insect curtains.
The Trullo Olympus is in the countryside, yet close to the historical area of trulli of Alberobello (5 minutes by bike and 15 on foot).
This trullo is still the old threshing floor in stone, where peasants put to dry cereals, surrounded by almond trees and the typical dry-stone walls.
Land adjacent to the House there are many olive trees and trees from fruit (figs, apricots, cherries).
The trullo is equipped with a private pool 8 m x 4 m, a large solarium with outside shower, and two gazebos with tables and chairs for dining outdoors.
There is also a barbecue area and a large car park, this home offers maximum relaxation and privacy without giving up the convenience of proximity to the center of the country.
