A beautiful 5 bedroom villa in Alethrico village with SWIMMING POOL, LANDSCAPE GARDEN. Idyllically located in a picturesque village.
This stunning 5 bedroom villa offers the ideal holiday escape. The villa is 10 minutes from the beach & 15 mins from the main tourist attractions & night life of Larnaca City. Whether you want to laze by the pool or discover the delights of Cyprus there is plenty to see & do for everyone; hiking, swimming, cycling, horse riding, go-karting to name but a few.
Swimming pool can be gated if required.
The villa is fully air-conditioned. It has a large open plan living area, large room with pool table and table tennis table & fully modern equipped kitchen; for those who wish to dine in. Wi- FI is available to all ground of the villa. 4 bedrooms are upstairs and one bedroom downstairs with shower and toilet. A granite staircase leads to the upstairs which has wooden laminated floors, except for the fully tiled bath or shower rooms. The master bedroom is en suite with a balcony with mountain views being the ideal place watching the sun rise.
Beautiful views may also be enjoyed from the many balconies or the ground floor terraces.The large outside area boasts an imposing swimming pool, with sunshades and sun loungers. The verandas offer plenty of seating in the shade. An ideal safe play area is the front courtyard, where there is a basketball hoop, volleyball and badminton net and rackets, also a table football for our guests entertainment. If you desire a quiet night in, the living room boasts a large screen tv with DVD player.
Badminton / volley ball, basket ball ,table football ,table tennis ,pool table are available. A small hen house is also located on a lower level of the property, allowing for freshly picked eggs every morning without any noisy cockerels.
Fountain Villa, Cyprus is the perfect choice for your dream holiday.The Villa is also available for weddings for up to 60 people. Prices are available on application. .

“Family holiday to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday”
When we arrived at the villa it certainly had the wow factor it was better than the photos, there were nine adults and two children both under 6 that top and tailed in there mum and dad's room in a single bed, even with all the people in the villa you could always fine your own space it was huge. The pool was amazing and loads of inflatables that we think people had left behind but they were great. Just a couple of things they could improve it even more put mattress covers on the mattresses, oil the football machine, paint the swing chair near the pool reseal around the sink in the kitchen also more sunbeds. Oh and did you know that a little mouse lives in the outside table in the bit that come up at the top the kids loved it. I would definitely recommend this villa peace and quiet in the surrounding area. But our time it the villa was party central music pool time eating and drinking perfect.
