Description

The finca consists of a main house and a 2-bedroom apartment. The main house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large living room and kitchen. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a smaller living room and kitchen.

In the main house there is satellite-TV with also a lot of English and international channels. In the apartment there is basic Sky-TV. Wifi is available in every room of the finca. There is a terrace on both sides of the house, one with a (small) swimming pool. A golf course with 27 holes is located at 3 km.

Downstairs is another apartment where we live.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Wim (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
