Level Access spotless ground floor one level 'bungalow' -home from home with everything you would need and expect from all modern conveniences . A perfect base for visiting family and friends; exploring Torrevieja and maybe the Costas and the great country Spain itself. Do as little or as much as you want; Lay back sun worshipping and swimming or be super active ; or a bit of both; golfing ,cycling, bird watching, surfing . Yours to choose how you enjoy it and have a wonderful stay. I can give you a guide in your language of whats's what, what to see and do and where to go and eat. We love going and staying too. Its not just a rental. We want you to have a great time like we have and still do. 2017/ 2019 Trip Advisor Certicate of Excellence winner .

“El chaparral bungalow”
Beautiful spotlessly clean premises with everything you need . Lovely paved sunbathing /lounge area out front. Safe for kids and a relaxing break. Lovely nature reserve to walk opposite bungalow . Host Michael very attentive and responds very quickly to any queries you may have. Carmen's restaurant around the corner for British food. Other restaurants close by too. Frequent bus services to Torrevieja and surrounding areas. Just a brilliant place all round Thankyou very much

Absolutely fabulous stay, lovely clean, tidy everything you could need Lovely view over the reserve. Quiet and peaceful Right by bus route into torrevieja Will definately recommend

“Fab holiday”
We had a lovely time here, lovely quiet location but there are bars and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was nice and clean and had everything we needed. Mike was excellent, good communications and was so helpful giving hints and tips on things to do and see. The pool is bigger than the pictures show and was lovely too. I would recommend having a car although there are a couple of bus stops within a 5 min walk and the bus fares to Torrevieja is around 1.36 euro. The apartment is a good base to explore the area, highly recommend it
