Good apartment. The apartment is small as can be seen, but has everything you need for a good stay. The treatment of owner and lord over the keys is very correct, let us in our early arrival pder leave our bags and said good about the area and the operation of the rental. The apartment is clean and welcoming. It has a great pool, the best we have seen. It is conveniently located near the beaches and the center of Benidorm, a supermarket next door. Its price is very tight and very well with what it offers. It has no frills but good enough to spend a few days. We have booked again for July 2014. … see more

Fantastic holiday

We loved the villa, it had everything we could possible need on our holiday, easy to find, and in a great locations. Local restaurant(Free Wifi), bar and shop, we spent most evenings in the restaurant, really friendly. Pool area was well kept, the kids loved going there. Luxury Villa with ample living space
Party of Five...easily accomodated

Fantastic Villa, only about 30mins away from Murcia airport. All the 'mod cons' that you would expect, 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms with the additional benefit of having what is effectively a 'granny flat' downstairs which if needed can be completely separate. Looked hard to complain about this place but it was perfect for us, the pool was kept clean, with a twice weekly clean and the filter running all day. Air con in the communal area and in the master bedroom upstairs with the other two both with ceiling fans. Enough cutlery and pots and pans if you fancy cooking. Also loved the fact that the area is pretty seculuded so not too much road noise. It can be a little tricky to find initially, so make sure you have a good sat navy or get printed/written directions. Would definetly suggest getting a hire car if renting this property, as the cast majority of places to see in the area are far enough away that you'll need one. My only comment would be for the owner to get some black out curtains for the master bedroom upstairs as the sun first thing in the morning at 6am my not be everyone's cup of tea, especially if they enjoyed the Estrella the night before.
