YOUR STAY - From the moment you enter the villa the massive picture windows allow the fabulous south-facing sea and mountain views to come flooding in, and each of the 3 bedrooms enjoys it's own special view too. A top quality holiday 'home from home', no expense has been spared in the contemporary interiors, top of the range amenities and thoughtful extra touches. Simply arrive, relax and unwind - you'll find Casa Windlenook is a delightful, extremely special place to stay.

BEDROOMS - all feature luxury English Divan beds with extra cosy mattress toppers and the very best 5 Star hotel standard Egyptian Cotton linens and goose feather bedding. The Master En suite is Super King-Size (6ft x 6ft6), Silver Bedroom is King-Size (5ft x 6ft6) and Lemon Bedroom has twin beds.

INDOOR LIVING - bright, spacious and stylishly furnished, with top of the range home entertainment systems - Samsung 4K UHD Smart TV, Blu-Ray DVD player with home theatre surround sound system, iPod dock, and a library of DVDs, CDs and books all add to your entertainment options. The villa is equipped throughout with wireless internet access (WiFi). All rooms are individually air-conditioned and also feature ceiling fans as an option. For winter, wall heaters, warm-air heating and a contemporary gas fire in the lounge and outdoor heater under the Naya (covered terrace) ensure a cosy stay year-round. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and gadgets you may need - including a Nespresso coffee machine, Aeroccino (milk frother) and NutriBullet juicer.

OUTDOOR LIVING - The views are simply breath-taking from the two terraces which face south and west for maximum sun. Gaze out from your sun lounger at the expansive sea views, and enjoy watching the activity as boats and jet skis pass by. Look west towards the magnificent Sierra Bernia mountains for truly spectacular sunsets. A covered area on the terrace (Naya) is fully equipped for Al Fresco dining, along with a top of the range Weber Gas BBQ and outdoor heater for any chill winters evenings. On the lower terrace, take a dip in the private Heated Pool (pool towels are provided) then relax on the sun loungers - an electric awning provides shade should the sun get a little too much! Beach chairs, parasol and a coolbox are available for your trips to the lovely local beaches.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Eleanor and Mike (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
