All free, fully inclusive, no hidden rip-off extras for cleaning and laundry. Free welcome pack. All amenities are within walking distance. 20 mins to Alicante airport. Airport Pickup Option. Top rated on Trip-advisor with over 20 reviews. Offering guests flexible check-in and check-out times.This 2 bedroomed villa apartment is totally private. Benferri is a small exclusive urbanisation consisting mainly of luxury villas. ''This is not the ''Costa Blackpool''. This large private ground floor villa apartment sleeps up to 5 persons. You will have exclusive and private use of all the facilities.The apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, family bathroom, master bedroom with king-size double bed (extra single bed available) and second bedroom with one king-size double and one single bed. Outside you have an 8 x 4 metre private swimming pool in secluded landscaped gardens complete with all garden furniture, BBQ, outside dining, 6 Sun loungers. The local Spanish bars, restaurants, mini market, shops and banks are within easy walking distance. Main supermarket only 3 km (free trips for those without a car) and is open 7 days a week.There is little or no crime in Benferri. It has its own Police force that patrols 24 hours a day. There is a local doctors and medical centre.You will be met at the property on your arrival.

“An amazing villa.”
The villa has all you need to pass a very good days inside. The pool is always clear. Paul is always there if you need him, but if you don´t, you will not see him.

“AMAZING VILLA”
My friend and I arrived very late but was met by the owner Paul, quickly shown around the villa and we settled in. Absolutely amazed, so very clean and very well equipped with everything we needed and much more. There was fresh fruit, milk, tea, coffee, everything needed and so much more. This holiday villa is “exactly what is says”, so comfortable and welcoming, and very very private. Even with the owner living above we never heard or saw them unless we needed to. The pool area is amazing, so big, plenty of chairs and loungers and in full sun. We did hire a car on the second day which was needed as the town itself is quiet, so we drove to local outlets and further to the beaches. Our week away was perfect and made this way by the owner of this villa and his wife. 100% recommended to anyone who wants a quiet break away…

“OUTSTANDING… very, very happy”
We arrived after midnight and was welcomed by the owner Paul. Shown basics to settle in. Villa was exceptionally clean, spacious and had much more than expected. Very comfortable first night to be met next morning by Paul. Shown villa in more detail and we couldn’t ask for more. Everything needed to make it home from home, plenty of everything, towels, tea, coffee, milk, fruit even wine in the fridge chilling. Beds comfortable, sofas welcoming with English tv and Netflix, washing machine and the sun to dry clothes. If you enjoy silence and a good book this is for you, we were shocked at how peaceful it was to sit outside, it really was amazing. We needed for nothing. Outside.. well… what a wonderful place. The pool was so clean and large. Table and chairs, lounge beds all with cushions. Sun from very early until 6pm, amazing for September. We did hire a car as we ventured out of Benferri of an evening, but had no problems at all. Paul and his lovely wife Jib may live upstairs but we never heard or saw them unless we needed something. Paul is very friendly, helpful and very frank, lol. Jib does an amazing job and it showed. We will be returning and have recommended this villa to our friends and some family.. THANKYOU… you will be seeing us again..sorry lol.

“Lovely”
Accommodation had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and was clean and well equipped. Milk, bread, water,fruit,tea and coffee when we arrived was a very welcome surprise. Surprised also to find toilet paper, soap, English adaptor plugs, hairdryer, towels, in fact didn't have much to buy, and a lovely idea to leave these things to pass on to the next guests, as we did. Being January, I felt the cold at night. A stand alone oil radiator would have been useful to have moved around and plugged in where needed, but that's the only small criticism. Owner Paul would have been on hand if we had needed anything and a lovely friendly chap, but was discreet and left us to our own devices. Looking forward to returning very soon!!

“Absolutely amazing! Never been so relaxed!”
This villa is absolutely stunning, we arrived and We were met by Paul, he was polite, friendly and very down to earth. The villa was spotless and there was a range of groceries to get us started. We didn’t really leave the villa much as we couldn’t get our 9 year old out of the pool, most days were 36 degrees so the pool was a god send! I cannot rate this villa or Paul highly enough, infact we have only been back 4 days and are looking at booking our next holiday there already! The area is quiet and peaceful, a shop and restaurant within walking distance, although we did hire a car anyway. The villa was only 20-30 minutes drive from the airport and Alicante city centre. There was two different bbq’s which we took full advantage of, and the local supermarket, san Nicholas sells the most amazing fresh burgers and kebabs at a very reasonable price! Cannot wait to return!

“Great winter getaway!”
Came over last minute end of October early November and had a great time. Weather was pleasantly warm and not so hot, so we did more exploring in our car. Paul and Jib's place is fantastically located so we did trips to Alicante, torrivieja and benidorm (to Terra Mittica Theme Park which is great for kids and adults!) Enjoyed our stay so much, can't wait to get back next year. Love this place so much for location, comfort and of course the beautiful gardens and pool. Thanks Paul and Jib for everything again.

“Just fantastic cant wait to go back”
I have been at this beautiful villa twice with my family. I was lucky to get it booked for next year as well. Paul and Jib are really lovely people, very helpful and always give complete privacy during as well as being on hand for anything that could go wrong during your stay. Last time we spent most of our time at the villa enjoying the gorgeous superclean pool. The gardens and pool area are just fantastic. Pure luxury and privacy! The peace and quiet mixed in with the gorgeous surroundings are beyond compare. We plan to be back here as often as we can and already counting down the days to return. Our son is autistic and it was the perfect surroundings for him to relax and feel completely at ease with the compete freedom of being able to run around and enjoy his holiday as well. We have arrived late due to flights and the welcome pack is more than what could ever be expected so we don't have to worry about shopping or getting everyone fed at such late hours. The villa has everything you could possibly want or need. The local restaurant also does great food and is only 5 mins walk away, if that. What can I say..I can't wait to go back. Thank you Paul and Jib for making our holidays perfect by letting us stay at your beautiful villa
