Our much-loved home offers everything you need for your holiday or golfing break making it the perfect choice whatever the occasion.
Convenient for both Murcia Airport (45mins) and Alicante Airport (50mins).
Situated on the Real Campoamor Golf complex, your stay will have you close to bars, restaurants and beaches, overlooking the large communal pool.
The villa can comfortably accommodate six people with two good sized double bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the lounge. All rooms have ceiling fans fitted with additional air conditioning, comfortable furnishing and ample storage space.
The upstairs master bedroom has a double bed, full length fitted wardrobe, mirror and patio doors that open onto the balcony overlooking the large landscaped swimming pool. A table and chairs are provided for you to enjoy a leisurely breakfast or evening aperitif. Steps lead to the large rooftop solarium with fabulous views over the surrounding area
The fully tiled bathroom with double shower, toilet & bidet is between the bedrooms. Towels are included plus complimentary soap
Bedroom two has two single beds, mirror, ceiling fan and large fitted wardrobes. There is a hairdryer in each room
On the ground floor in the lounge diner, we have provided a smart Tv English and Spanish channels, books, games . Comfortable settees and furnishings give a cool haven from the sun.
A modern fully fitted separate kitchen is stocked with all the utensils and equipment you will need to make your stay comfortable as well as store cupboard essentials. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are housed in the separate galleria.
A large fully tiled downstairs toilet and shower room are also located on the ground floor.
Outside there is a front patio overlooking the landscaped pool area with ample seating & sun canopy. In the back garden, there is a large terrace with a table & chairs plus comfortable patio furniture , a quiet place to laze in the sun or sit in the shade in the afternoon.
We pride ourselves in offering our guests a home from home and always leave complimentary wine, beers, and water for your arrival. A welcome pack can be provided for a small fee .Cleaning and linen are included in the overall cost, beach towels are not included.
Our manager is available for any queries during your stay and we always make personal contact before your stay to answer any queries and give advice about the house and the surrounding area. There is a good range of information packs and books available at the house for you to browse during your stay.
The area around the villa is quiet but close to local amenities and fabulous beaches are only a 15-minute drive away
La Fuente commercial centre is a 15-minute stroll away or a short drive with lots of great restaurants and bars to choose from. The new La Zenia Boulevard is just a 10 mins drive away and here you will find great shops, restaurants and entertainment. Shops include Primark, H&M, Laura Ashley, as well as boutique shops where you can find something no one else will have. Bowling and a Casino are also here.
Around the villa are four first class Golf Courses, Real Campoamor, Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Los Colinas. La Manga is only a drive 60 minute away. We also have a local Golf shop offering discounted green fees and club hire.

“Perfect place to relax”
We booked this holiday to totally relax and de-stress and we were able to do just that. The house was a home from home simply everything you could possible want was available. Wendy was fantastic she was extremely organised and send us a great welcome pack and helped us book transfers from the airport to save on car hire or taxis. Everything is walking distance (apart from the beach) support markets, restaurants and the pool is a stones through from your front door... We sat on the balcony every night watching the sun go down. The pool was great and never too busy we were always able to get a sun lounger. I would highly recommend to anyone. its perfect to relax and de-stress yet there is plenty going on with plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from just a short walk away!

“Perfect for families”
Had a very enjoyable stay in Casa Campoamor. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed and the pool was lovely and warm and had plenty of sun loungers. 10 minute drive to lovely beaches and the Zenia Boulevard was great for kids and only a 5 minute drive. Would return again.
