Whole house just renovated, completely new kitchen, new bathroom, new toilet (April 2019).
We offer a lovely townhouse for max 8 people. In the house there are 3 bedrooms (two bedrooms with air-condition) plus sofa in salon, one bathroom, one toilet, kitchen, dinning room, two taraces, and big solarium tarace with sea views. The house is overlooking the lovely swimming pool and it is south facing. It is located in Spanish district Playa Flamenca, close to the beach - 1,5 km, close to the restaurants and supermarkets - 0,2 km.
ALL PRICES SHOWN here DO NOT INCLUDE FINAL CLEANING COSTS 80 EUR AND AIR CONDITION (installed in two bedrooms) 49 EUR / PER WEEK (optional) which should be paid cash when arrive. DAMAGE DEPOSIT REQUIRED OF 200 EUR (cash) FOR HOUSE BEFORE KEY HAND OVER

“Nice place, best weather, awsome holiday”
