Wonderful villa, beautiful sea front line in Alicante, with excellent views. Direct acces to the Albufereta Beach. Large private garden (2000 square meters). Lots of room to relax, space for the children. Swimming pool overlooking the bay. Deluxe qualities, beautifully furnished, fully equipped. Top comfort. Property rental

“Beautiful Villa”

I stayed at the villa for a week at the end of July with four other adults and three children (aged 8,6 and 3 years). The house was big and lovely and clean. Free wifi was available (we found we had to turn the router off and on to get our devises to connect for the first time). The views from the house to the sea were stunning, a real attraction of the villa. The grounds are large and very well kept and the kids and adults loved the pool. The villa is located in a Spanish residential area so it was very quiet. There was a lovely beach a five minute walk away and a few shops and restaurants close by, but the tram stop close to the house took us to the local Mercadona to stock up (one stop away - Lucentum) or into Alicante town in less than 10 minutes. We also took the tram to the long San Juan beach (we got of at Londres), which was lovely and to El Campello, which was a lively town and was good for dinner by the sea and people watching. You can even get the tram as far as Benidorm for less than €7. It was an easy and cheap way to get around. Contact with Jose was easy both before and during our stay. He was always quick to respond to messages and offer help/advice. We had a lovely week in the villa. Thanks Jose.
