Description

The Stables may be our smallest apartment, sleeping up to 2 guests, but it has the same high standard as the larger apartments & overlooks Montefalcone, the giant walnut tree & surrounding tranquil countryside. Situated on the ground floor at the end of our farmhouse, the apartment is relaxing, shady and cool in the heat of the summer. If you have more then 2 guests, please get in touch as we also have several larger apartments at The Hideaway.

Lovingly restored using traditional Italian materials, your well furnished accommodation has cotto tiles & beamed ceilings. They accompany modern day necessities including central heating in the bedroom & bathroom & double glazing throughout.

The Stables is perfect for two guests & with prices from only 25 euros per person per night, is an ideal escape. Whether you are looking for a short break or 2 weeks Summer sun, the apartment makes a budget cost option but with all the high standards of our larger apartment.

Your living area & kitchen in The Stables Apartment is complete with 'stube' style seating & dining table, TV with digibox, DVD player & indoor games & books. For the odd rainy day, we have a DVD library for you to choose from. The kitchen area is well equipped with a four ring gas hob, fridge, microwave with small convection oven, kettle, toaster, nespresso coffee machine, cafetierre, plenty of crockery & glasswear, cooking utensils, tea towels & washing up liquid.

From here, a door leads to your lovely en-suite double bedroom, which is fitted with luxury bedding, dressing gowns, coded safe, tv and dvd player. The bathroom has complimentary toiletries, shower, wc & bidet & all towels are supplied.

Outside you have your own seating area with garden furniture, parasol & beautiful views. You might even spot our woodpecker if you are lucky!

In the main area of the garden, there are gazebos for dining under, wi-fi internet access, areas for relaxing on hammocks, a BBQ area & a 5.5 meter above ground pool which is open from May - September, weather permitting. There is a table tennis table available for your use & outdoor games for your entertainment. Around the garden we have many herbs and seasonal vegetalbes for you to use too.

A welcome pack is provided to get your holiday underway, including a bottle of delicious wine waiting for you in the fridge! We live in the house next door & can be reached easily if you need any help or advice. We grow many varieties of herbs and seasonal vegetables in our garden which are available for you to use during your stay with us.

Your holiday price includes the final clean of your apartment - there are no hidden extra costs. We also include all gas & electricity, bed linen & towels & use of our pool. There is a washing machine next door, with airer, iron & ironing board & a weekly use is included. If you require more than one wash a week, a small charge will be made for any additional use. For stays of more than 7 nights, towels & linen are changed at the end of your first week.

We live in the house next door & can be reached easily if you need any help or advice.
