The Space

This newly build guest house is located very very close to beach. This a four story building, each floor of building has separate access without making interference to other floors. All together there are 10 private guest rooms in SAGA HOME. Room no 5 has private attached washroom. There are another 6 spacious washrooms to be shared between remaining 9 rooms. There fore even when house is fully occupied there will be several vacant washrooms at any given time. Each floor has one wash room with hot water bath facilities.

There is a kitchen for each floor of SAGA HOME. Kitchens are equipped with refrigerator, ,microwave oven, bread roster , hot water cattle , cutlery and plates. So if you have plans to do your own cooking this will be ideal place.

Ground, 1st and 2nd floors have spacious living rooms for common use. This is space is ideal for gatherings, watching television and dining.

Most exciting place in entire home is rooftop. This is about 700 square feet large

How do damage deposits work?

How do I make changes to my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Nanayakkarawasam (the owner) a message.

If Nanayakkarawasam (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
