Description
Charming upgraded Anaheim home is a 1/2 mile walk to the Disneyland tram on Magic Way. This three-bedroom, two-bathroom home is perfect for a family. The master bedroom has a queen bed complete with an on-suite. Two children's bedrooms have Full over Full Bunk Beds and access to the hall bathroom. All bedrooms have a 43' plasma TV with cable.
Partial open-concept kitchen with family and dining room. The kitchen has granite countertops and custom paneled cabinetry with stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Located in the kitchen closet is a full-size washer and dryer for your use. The dining room seats 6, with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The main living room has a 51' plasma TV with cable and a blue-ray/DVD player.
Located off of the family room is the game room in the garage. There is ping pong, air hockey, toys, strollers, a high chair, pack n' play, and a booster seat for your infants and toddlers. Beautiful backyard with a wooden patio deck, natural gas grill, BBQ, and children's playset.
The home has wireless high-speed internet. Central heating and air conditioning. Nice short walk to Disney.
This house SLEEPS 9 in Beds and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 9 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).
Maximum Vehicles 2. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles.
Minimum Stay 3 Nights
No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code
No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time.

No cancellation refunds within 60 days of arrival. We recommend you purchase travel insurance.
