Description

Visit our beautiful Pool Home, perfectly set up for two families. This four-bedroom, three-bathroom home has two masters, one cal-king bed, and one queen bed, with ensuites. Two Children's rooms, both with twin over full bunk beds with trundles underneath. Beautifully upgraded bathrooms with tile and travertine floors, marble countertops, new fixtures, and custom-designed showers. The children's bedrooms share the hallway bathroom with marble tiles and a bathtub surrounding a large tub.

Wood laminate flooring throughout the home. Spacious kitchen with granite countertops, black and stainless steel appliances: oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Open-concept dining and living room. The dining table comfortably seats 8, with additional seating at the kitchen island. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Hi-Speed Wireless Internet is included.

The game room, located through one of the children's rooms, is in the garage. The game room offers ping pong, a pool table, and toys. Strollers, high chairs, pack n' play, and booster seats are available for your infant and toddler. The full-size washer and dryer are located off the kitchen for guest use.

Relax in our sparkling pool in the rear yard. Enjoy our covered patio, outdoor seating, natural gas BBQ Grill, and children's playhouse with a double dutch door. Nice short walk to Disneyland, and you can watch the Disneyland fireworks from the front yard. Home has Central Air & Heat

This house SLEEPS 10 in Beds and has a MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 10 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).

Maximum Vehicles 3. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles.

No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code

No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time.
